One of the HEST games I have played, Probably ever. Can easily dunk 3 to 4 hours in at a time. Amazing city, with great destinations all around! You have the HUGE ramp out on the city limits, the underground portion of the city with the high tech orange panels, and how could we forget Mega Dome and all of its high class high tech glory! Easily a 10/10 game, and one I’ve come back to visit manny times. I love Shining city!

뭐지.... 설명으로 보아서는 이것을 토대로 무언가를 만들고 전시할 수 있다라는 듯 합니다. 음... 개발 리소스 제공....? 게임이라고 하기는 좀 많이 애매합니다. 딱히 특이하거나 특별한 플레이를 할 수 없기도 하고, 이동과 주변을 돌아다니고 하는 것이 답답하기도 하죠. 간단하게 현재의 상태에서는 재미없음.

super beautiful, best game I've ever played

Shining City is not a game. I thought perhaps it might be, but when I launched this for the first time, my first thought was, WTF is this garbage? Of course, there had to be a game here of some kind, right? Turns out, there isn't. At best this could be described as a "walking simulator", but that's far too generous of a description, because it carries the implication that some narrative exists, like we see in games like Dear Elise. But no, this is not even a walking sim, in the commonly accepted use of the term. This really is just a couple of near-empty Unreal Engine levels with the familiar Unreal engine robot asset flip, and some untextured blocks to make up some kind of empty "city". There is literally nothing there, nothing to do. There's less content here than a 1-line C++ program to print "Hello World". Of course we can sum this up as just garbage polluting Steam and making the store worse for everyone, but there's more. The developer here has their hand out for a whopping $15 USD worth of empty "DLC" donations... basically digital panhandling like a homeless bum on a train asking for money. Disgusting. Also, pay no attention to the positive review rating for this non-game, the positive reviews are all just joke reviews, "this game changed my life, bla bla".
