Great atmosphere with iconic soundtrack and charachter design. Gameplay is quite good, i enjoyed the dungeon crawling and boss fights. It was my first SMT game and made me fall in love with the franchise. Overall a great monster RPG and definitely unique enough to be worth a try if you're curious

A ton of super cool looking demons to catch and fuse into even cooler demons, where catching requises to have chaotic and fun conversations with them. Its hard for a jrpg, but unless you play on hard it's fair and managable, with just a little bit of grinding at the start to beat Matador. The plot, music, charachters and the world are original and super interesting.
