Shield Impact

Overall Cute little game, but it doesn't give a clear instructions for the controls. It really needs a tutorial when it comes to executing special attack, spinning and shield dashes when using keyboard. You block ranged attacks with your shield and it builds up a mana bar that is consumed to perform attacks helps you to survive the waves, When you kill enemies, some will be captured in a cage ;post their death and after you release them, They will join your force and slowly you build an army. It's endless it's quite repetitive, After 10 to 15 waves, The monsters only spawn at constant number (33) and it goes forever like this when getting to this far. Since there is no direct draft for controls, I managed to figure out everything on my own so i hope this can be helpful for someone who is struggling with the controls To perform spinning, Press every direction button in the sametime. To perform special attack, stand still and press "J" or "Space" once. To perform shield dash, Press "J" or "Space" + direction. To perform charged shield dash, Hold "J" or "Space" then release. Sometimes special attack won't trigger correctly and the game counts it as charged shield dash. This game works better with controller so yeah expect a little bit of bugs when playing with keyboard. Achievements are easy to achieve, The only 4 challenging achievements are the following. -Having 20 kill combo (Spam "Space" when you have huge army, It bugs out the reset time and gives you endless window to count in combos ) -kill 15 with special attack (To get this, you have to lure a big number of spawns together in late game and perform the special move ) -Play until wave 100 (You need about 1hrs and honestly it's boring) -Surviving without releasing warriors for 5 waves (When you start a new game, Do not release any warrior from cages until finishing wave 5, It would be impossible to do it in late game since your army gets big and they will hit the cage, In early game, you can control it easily. ) Game rating - 6/10 Poor optimizing Gets repetitive have annoying bugs
