About

The shelves are a disaster, the records are everywhere, and the store opens soon. As the new clerk of a retro record store, your job is simple to say and hard to master: pick up every scattered vinyl, read its title, figure out its genre, and slot it into the right crate. No stickers, no hints — just your ear for music. Your survival behind the counter depends not on speed alone, but on how well you read every sleeve that lands in your hands.

From Blood Cabin to Quantum Drift, hundreds of original albums — and their follow-ups — are waiting to be filed. Rock, Jazz, Punk, Pop, Soul, Metal, Funk and many more genres each have their own dedicated crates. Guess right and the shelf glows green. Guess wrong and it flashes red, and the mess wins another round. Some sleeves are obvious, some will make you stop and think, and a few will fool you completely.

Efficiency is everything. Plan your route through the aisles, decide which records to grab first, and keep a band's discography together — Vol. 1, 2 and 3 of a series are scattered all over the store, waiting to be reunited in the same crate. Fill a whole crate to lock in your progress and push the store one step closer to perfect order. Hasty guesses waste time; smart crate-digging wins the day.

Enjoy the calm, cozy satisfaction of sorting alone, or invite your friends into 2–4 player co-op and turn tidying into beautiful chaos. Split the aisles, call out genres, pass records down the line — teamwork gets the store spotless faster... in theory.

Filing crates and earning XP unlocks abilities that make you a sharper, faster clerk. Carry more records at once, spot genres quicker, move faster between aisles, and build your own strategy for turning a mountain of vinyl into perfect order.

kinda liked the game do not understand why people hates ai...
i was excited for the game cuz i love sorting that relies on context clues to figure out where something belongs(like for example figuring out a genre for a book based on the title..) but the game ultimately just.. isn't it. at all. unless theyre willing to revamp a LOT of the graphics and some other details i say pass this game cuz the genre at this point has plenty of other games with genuine effort and personality behind their development first of all controls are annoying.. you can't look down all the way, which is a problem in a game where youll be spent staring at objects on the floor for the majority of it. ai usage is not something im fond of but it doesnt stop me from playing a game unless the team behind it is a studio that has no excuse to not pay artists so that isnt the problem itself... it's the fact that the ai is so poorly done. every title is a sentence. '_ stole my _' '_ returned my _' is a popular format. its always noun verb pronoun noun or some very similar variation. the way to guess the genre is not the title of the song, other than like country and some electronic stuff afaik. it's all about the poorly done pun on a real life artist and whether or not you know what that artist makes in real life. otherwise the image sometimes hints to it but i stopped relying on that quickly too. and the artists are for some reason almost always a food item? like almost all of the puns are food-related. it got tiring really quickly. like if youre going to make the choice to use AI and all of the drawbacks it brings at least make sure it's like.. good. this is not what album titles sound like. also there are multiple images on the store page (and i might be misremembering as i dont own the game any more but the menu screen may also have featured a similar, possibly pre-rendered graphic of that same setting?) that show a different store layout with vhs tapes or something like that. is this an older build? is this a future map? the description has no mention of this as part of the game. the game itself has nothing like that in it. no news post mentions it. its like those appstore games that lie in their ads about the gameplay you should expect when you dl the app. but thankfully theres only two images of that fake store associated with the game and most of the store page is not lying. it is just records in a single store, no vhs tapes.

i like the game a lot.. it tickles my ocd.. Also the creative names for artists and bands and covers made me giggle a lot.. unfortnally the icons for genre do not work for me when there laying on the ground.. colorblindness makes it all fuzzy.. but other then that.. sorting fun ahoy!
Honestly devs if u see this, take the game down and fix this up. Replace all the AI slop, fix the many spelling errors, etc. This game is a fun idea, just this is made so poorly that its lowkey just annoying to play.
The new update made the game way smoother and easier to play. Having a lot more fun with it now, good stuff!
nice gamee, loved it. btw you can play singleplayer too
