Shelf by Shelf: Bookstore Simulator

It's certainly not a tiny bookshop, but its been going great considering I bought it during the sale period, the content satisfied me

This is a really cute and VERY simple bookshop simulator. I think it's a very chill game with some replay value, if only to just relax into simple, repetitive tasks. I did like how relatively easy it was to 100% on Steam. I thought the use of real books and truly accurate descriptions, gave the game such a thoughtful feel! I would recommend for a quick and cute play through!

1. 저장 안됨 2. 책이 이상한 곳에 꽂히는 버그 3. 전체화면시 해상도가 왔다갔다 해서 크기가 오락가락하고 책 크기도 바뀜 4. 애당초 해상도 조절 불가 5. 책장을 구매했다가 제거하면 다시 구매해야 함 (보관함X) 6. 시간이 흐르는 속도가 빠른데 그에 비해 방문객 수가 너무 적음 7. 책 가격이 모두 동일해서 어떤 책을 판매해도 큰 돈을 벌 수 있다는 기대감을 갖기 어려움 8. 화분과 고양이는 손님 없을 때 쉬엄쉬엄 물 주고 밥 주면 되는 비교적 쉬운 일이지만 점점 기계적으로 처리하게 됨 9. 한글화지만 라벨에는 한글을 쓸 수 없음 10. 분명 고객이 원하는 책과 같은 책임에도 제목이 100% 일치하지 않는다는 이유인 건지 비슷한 책이라는 메뉴를 클릭해야만 판매 가능 11. 그나마 고객들이 까다롭지 않아서 비슷한 책이라고 하고 키워드만 비슷하면 잘 구매해줌 한글화와 고양이, 똑똑거리는 책 놓는 소리때문에 꾸역꾸역 플레이 했으나 세이브 날아간 것 보고 삭제 ㅠ 그 외에도 자잘하고 다양한 버그.. 50% 할인해서 3900원에 구매했으나 완성도는 1000원............ㅎ 이거 하지 마시고 타이니 북 샵 하세요..

Das Spiel mag gut sein, aber leider bin ich mit der Steuerung nicht so klargekommen, weshalb ich dann auch schnell aufgegeben habe. Eher nicht! Ich habe jetzt das Geld in ein ähnliches, aber deutlich teureres Spiel investiert.. und ja das ist es jetzt für mich. Manchmal lohnt es sich (etwas) mehr Geld auszugeben, dann klappt es (höchstwahrscheinlich) auch mit der Steuerung. Also obwohl das Spiel so günstig ist, und damit im ersten Moment wie ein Schnapper wirkt.. keine Kaufempfehlung. Eher nicht!

It's definitely a chill game, but there's not much to actually do, and this genre is usually a favourite of mine. The customer interactions are slow, there's not much sorting or decorating to do, and it feels like a bit of a slog to make monetary progress, which actually doesn't really amount to anything in the end. The game is good at what it is though, so I'll probably check out the devs other games

Its so boring and slow and nothing happens at all...

I absolutely love the premise and style and hope there will be more content released in the future! I wish there was more progression content or collection system (i.e. a tab where you can see what books you've unlocked for each category). There are a few books that have the same copy for multiple genre types, of which could be expanded upon. It would be nice if we could move the bookshelves after placement instead of deleting and rebuying them! There is an issue, at least on my end, with the lack of a proper save system. I find that when I leave the game, I lose a few days of progress (which can be demotivating to continue, knowing that any progress could disappear after a relaunch). In all, there is a lot of potential with this game and for what it currently is, I am quite pleased to organize books all day!
