Midnight Ramen Shop

The game starts pretty slow, with only a few customers at the beginning, but it gets busier as the days go on. The slow start helped me learn how to make ramen and manage the shop step by step. As I served customers, I earned money to unlock new toppings and bring in more customers, etc. This made the game feel more fun and a bit more challenging over time. I also worked toward owning and upgrading the whole ramen shop. One thing I found frustrating is paying bills. I was on day 10, but I forgot to pay it, and then I had to go all the way back to day 1. ಥ‿ಥ (Remember to pay the bills!)

チルいラーメン屋がしたくてプレイしました。 単純作業の繰り返しが楽しくて心落ち着きます。 しかしバグだと思いますが、支払いの欄に何も表示されていない("！"の表記はある)にも関わらず、そのままゲームを進行していくと数日後にシステム上未払いが３つ以上になりゲームオーバーになります。２回やりましたが同様の結果です。 日本語または私の環境だけかもしれませんが、これから製品版を購入する方は注意してください。

I just kept the original review text up for transparency) I really like the basic gameplay loop, but I feel there are still a few things missing. (Like I'm not allowed to change the resolution of the game and had to change my monitor's resolution to fix this! I have a 32:9 monitor and want to play in 16:9 but there's not even a windowed mode or anything to select and as it is the game tries to zoom in to fill the full width and is unplayable like that...) Also I keep seeing bills (electricity, water etc) supposedly costing $100... but when I click to pay them $200 are deducted from my account? Would be great to see this get fixed, because it's quite frustrating to see. Still, I think there's a lot of potential in this game! I really like to just have a chill time putting together some ramen orders! (hoping for more Tare or Oils in the future though! I don't think I saw anything else but toppings to be unlocked later on so far) EDIT: The developer seems to be quite actively working on this - the bug with the bills amount was fixed very quickly and an option to adjust the screen resolution was also added, so I can now easily play in a 16:9 in windowed mode. Props to them! :)

I got to like day 10 in the demo and I really enjoy the concept of the game. It's a really simple game, which I do enjoy because I can just kinda shut my brain off, and that is something to consider. I feel like you can unlock everything fairly quickly and then it's just the same thing over and over. You can buy little upgrades to get more business and more money as well as getting new ingredients. You can also go a little more in depth and adjust the prices of the ingredients. It's a really fun relaxing game. I'm so happy that they allow the arrow or A and D keys to move the screens instead of that horrible swipe with the mouse, huge improvement. It is still an option, though I don't know why you'd use it. My biggest issue so far is that all of my bills say that they're $100 but I'm getting charged $200. Sometimes the drag and drop likes to not do the drop part. It seems like a common issue with those types of games but it's still a little frustrating, I'm hesitant to keep playing until there's a patch but at the same time the gameplay is a fun enough I may justs struggle through. Edit: they patched the issue with the double charging bills! It was a really quick response to the issue and I'm really excited that they had such a quick fix for it. I really hope that they keep this up, because its's such a fun little time killer.

チルい深夜ラーメン経営ゲームよりは、忙しワンオペゲーム。 売り上げで店をアプデして、トッピング開放して…と 某おにぎり屋経営系ゲームに近い作品。 音楽やドット絵やゲーム全体の雰囲気はとても良い。ワンオペで忙しいこと以外は… 効率化や単純作業を積み重ねていくプレイが好きな人には刺りそう。

Oyunun tasarımı gerçekten çok tatlı ve insanı dinlendiren, huzur verici bir atmosferi var. Ramen yaparken o ince düşünülmiş detayları fark etmek beni ayrıca mutlu etti. Geliştiriciyi tebrik ederim.👩‍🍳🍜
