하다보면 지치는 게임 중 하나
冷门游戏但是真的好玩,希望能继续开发,继续更新。
The game took me about 20 hours to finish the main story and I was for the most part happy with it. I liked the card combat and abilties. The biggest standout however was the art style which I really loved, but it looked clumsy charchters and some enmeies moved. Only thing that was lackluster was the story. I liked the beginning, but the story got confusing and you were not sure what your decision actually meant.
What a good, if rough game around the edges. A small team with a lot of passion creating a very fun game that never had it's more difficult parts take away from it. Shattered Heaven is a deckbuilder though shockingly not a rogue-like (procedural dungeon generation does not make a roguelike) concentrating more on building your deck and characters between dungeon runs. And having a coherent narrative, that too. You have three characters with their own sets of cards and abilities and they learn individual talents/cards/etc as you progress. This gives them a lot more cohesion since they are designed to work together and with each other's abilities. I will say that the systems are very involved so it can be a tad complicated or confusing sometimes and you might need to look up terms in the glossary to remember what certain things do or how they interact. This can be a little frustrating, lengthening already long battles even longer, but I took the fights as they were meant to be taken; not as a race but a deliberate and paced encounter. As such there are few actual battles in the dungeon floors, so each one feels weighty and important. Honestly, I was pretty impressed with the balancing of difficulty in this as it felt very hard but not insurmountable. I seemed to beat every boss with a wonder if I would've lasted another round. Writing-wise, the story and characters are quite good if a bit rough (not to repeat myself but it sounds the most accurate). There are a lot of terms they throw at you that you can read more about in the glossary and a fleshed out but dense and hard to get into world that has lived centuries before our story comes in. Roughness might be in translation or a bit too much world-building as sometimes I might get confused who someone was talking about or how a magic system was set up. Nothing egregious tho, the story itself is easy to follow and had some genuine parts that surprised me or caught me off guard. The main character is good but people might bounce off her early. She has reason to be the way she is but when the first hour or so has her being rude and kinda mean, it's good they introduce someone early to really humanize her. The art and music are fantastic. Especially the monster designs, seriously. Extremely creative and unique and while there is a reskin here or there each 'biome/level' has completely new monsters so there are only a few within each. Obviously it's mostly 2D stills, but the aesthetic is immaculate. I like the character designs a lot too. I really enjoyed my time with this game. Sometimes here or there a story beat or battle would confuse or annoy me, but those times were few and far between. What I did find was a fully fleshed out narrative with challenging gameplay that only got me more engaged as it went on. It's by a small team, and as I so often repeat on other reviews, I think it gives context as well as impresses when they come out with a game like this.
Haven't played for long yet but the writing is standing out to me and the premise is super interesting. Will edit this review with more as I go deeper but Shattered Heaven has passed the vibe check. Combat and UI lacks a little feedback when moving between turns / text lines but the base quality and design is there.
desafiante en modo dificil y con una banda sonora espectacular
