Sex Clinic 18+ is a visual novel with obscene content :) It, like other visual novels of this genre, can be completed in less than 2 hours. Pros of the game: - The game is translated into many languages, so you can play in any language you want from the list presented; - There is a gallery of open scenes: in which there are both videos and photos that you will find in the game; - A simple plot, in which there is a little intrigue; - Not bad video scenes; - Simple achievements, but there are cards and items for customizing the account. Cons of the game: - Some video scenes are repeated from similar games of this genre. - The gallery could be divided into photos and videos, and it's a bit difficult to search for what you need in it. - The system of scolding is very bad, 9 slots of scolding, well, that's too little. I recommend buying the game when there are discounts, because at full price it's not worth it. Otherwise, if you complete it once, get the cards, and collect 100% of the achievements, the game will be worth it.

You are an undercover agent sent to investigate a clinic. A lot of pretty girls are involved, and sometimes to solve a case, you just have to get intimate with them. Decent enough.

fantastic game great healthcare

[b]Overview:[/b] The quality of the graphics and animations can be seen on the product page and are accurate to what you get, so you can decide for yourself if they meet your requirements. Personally, I thought they were generally not the best but quite good, as were the animations for the sex scenes (bar background issue), although I did find them short and not particularly erotic.While it may appeal to others, the story was too basic and lacking depth to hold my interest and the lack of auto text advance and rollback can severely limit the appeal of re-reading/playing to try different choices and see what (if any) effect they have. [b]Story:[/b] Early in the story you have to chose between two primary routes in one AVN, this added a little return value in trying the both stories. However, I thought the stories were very linear, felt like you would always reach the relevant ending regardless of the choices made and basic (lacking depth), thus I personally did not find them particularly interesting, although maybe something was lost in translation.  Text for XXX scenes just repeats same two or three sentences, which do not always make sense with what you are seeing as it loops. [b]Backgrounds in XXX scenes:[/b] Some may be OK with them moving but it annoys me, in reality people move the room doesn't. It was not as bad as some AVN's but annoying nonetheless. [b]Stupid click system for XXX scenes:[/b] It is unclear whether some scenes are simply missing the pop shot ending or I was just not clicking correctly to obtain it (no instructions). But it appears that to reach them you have to click quickly and continuously until it happens, blasting straight through all the available positions, then you can go back and look at the different poses and camera angles. Otherwise, you don't get the pop shot ending and position 4 just loops indefinitely without it until you get bored and click the big X to exit the scene. Nor can you retry and attempt to get it right as it appears to remember what you did and jumps straight to position 4 the next time you try, even uninstalling does not help. Personally I will try to avoid other AVN's that have this idiotic system, look out for a "power bar" next to a number of position options, typically 1 -4) [b]No text auto advance:[/b] If it was there I could not work out how to activate it. I think every AVN should include this, not only is clicking a mouse button/key 1000's of times tediously repetitive and RSI causing, but it generally requires you to maintain a fairly static position resulting in muscular ache/cramps.   [b]No text rollback:[/b] This should go hand in hand with the auto text advance, because when replaying to try different choices you don't necessarily want to spend hours re-reading the entire story again. Instead you want to skip to the next choice and then be able to roll the text back a little way (many AVN's have a way, i.e., mouse scroll wheel) so you can get some context for the choice options presented.
