I am having so much fun with this game. All the games from this developer are amazing and you get more than your monies worth. He puts so much thought and work into all his games. I am an old granny that loves a good rpg. I don't like games that are too hard or unbalanced and this one is just the right amount of a challenge but not too hard or grindy. I love that you have craft your own equipment and potions and you get plenty materials to do so from battles so that you don't really have to waste your money on buying them. The characters are really good and I love spells and magic. If you are on the fence about buying the game don't be it is worth every penny. I also like the fishing, graphics and surprises and finding lots of loot. If you love this game you will like all his other games as well. It is nice to see a developer who loves what he does and makes sure you get a high quality game.
This is a preliminary review from 10 hours of gameplay so far. I will update it as I play. Summary World - 6/10 Progression - 8/10 Difficulty - 8/10 Story/Characters - 6/10 ------ World: 6/10 ------ World Map - The world map doesn't feel very expansive in the beginning, mainly because you are operating from a central kingdom hub and going out in the different cardinal directions from there to handle missions. It feels less like a journey which I would have liked better. I hope that changes later as I play more. Area Maps - The area maps are pretty nice. Some decent ones, although a few like the starting castle could use a bit more life, servants walking around, more guards, etc. ------ Progression: 8/10 ------ Progression is this game's strong point. Farming and fighting mobs is fun - Farming and fighting mobs is always fun which can be tough in rpgs so it is nice to see they got this right. This game makes you want to grind because it is so enjoyable even if you aren't a grinder. Veteran Points - In the early levels you gain specific skills based on the character classes, but you are also gaining Veteran points which once you reach level 30 can be spent on characters to improve their power. Crafting - Crafting is a ton of fun. You get tons of resources and recipes to really beef up your characters. Gear - There is a good sense of constant upgrades with your gear throughout the game. This is definitely a strong point of the game. Characters - You get quite a few characters early on to make a party out of which can provide some different choices. Difficulty: 8/10 ------ Difficulty curve is nice - The game can feel tough, then you get some nice gear upgrades, and you feel strong, then you go to another area and it is tough again, but you figure out some more strategies and you feel strong again. It straddles the line giving you the feeling of difficulty and overcoming it in a nice way. ------ Story: 6/10 ------ No generic dark lord - The isn't complex so far, but it is also nice that it isn't an evil dark lord generic story. There is a bad kingdom to the north, your character is in the military doing jobs for the king to help against the bad kingdom, gathering allies to help with the fight. it feels more realistic than many rpg stories. Lack of character development and a lot of dialogue - There isn't a ton of dialog to make you care much about the characters. I think it would be better if that was beefed up a bit.

And here we have another gem of an rpg from Shane. Great story, plenty of characters with specific skills, tons of chests, fantastic battles with huge assortment of unique creatures and optional bosses and a solid number of areas to explore. Crafting/alchemy/fishing add more enjoyment to keep one busy for hours. Highly recommended for all rpgers as the entire library of games from Wolfs Moon Studios are a must play for hours of bigtime rpg fun.
If you've followed the game from Wormskull and some of Shane's other games, you'll love this one as well. This wraps up the previous storylines nicely. And guess what...crafting is back! Have fun customizing your characters (and there are a lot of them) as you travel through this game that can easily provide 20+ hours of gameplay.
tres bon jeux on depasse le lv 100 ce qui est tres bien vous pouvais l acheter les yeux fermer
Seventh Star is another top notch offer from Wolfs Moon Studio. For those of you like me who are avid players of their games. Seventh Star offers a great story line along with wonderful Easter eggs for the loyal fan base. You get to have some old favorite characters involved in a fascinating tale full of twists and turns. It was great to see the Studio get back to better character development and thankfully there was no mention of that horrible Daniel character from several releases ago. As with most of the games the mechanics change slightly to offer a different playing experience and I think that you can tell Seventh Star's mechanics were developed from player feedback of previous games. For those looking for a fun game to spend 20+ hours on this is well worth the purchase. Thanks Wolfs Moon!
Super game! Good plot, lots of characters, and you choose how to improve them. I've been playing for 39 hours and still not near done. Highly recommended, and the creator is great at answering questions.
Another epic game by this developer. It is classic rpg game play, with big replay value, and many hours to enjoy. Many characters to choose your party from, all are a good choice. Crafting is easy as ingredients are plentiful. I would highly recommend this game to any rpg fan.
