Scoop Kick is a fantastic modern take on the arcade games of old, inspired especially burger time! Learning enemy patterns is the main obstacle, as you also learn the importance of juicing up the ice cream scoops and stacking them to multiply points. The game is easy enough to play through if you don't care for earning stars, letting you continue levels even if you lose your lives, but has some blockades that require stars to encourage you to go back and try your hand at earning them once you get better. Enemy patterns and levels get progressively harder, but not too unfair (except for the bloody Balthazar Bananas!) And the final boss plus secret world were a great surprise (although i think the enemies start getting a bit too tough to deal with by that point) The pixel art is beautiful and the music is fantastic. Ryemanni, you've really made a fantastic little gem of a game here

"I like the part when limbless eggplant kicks ice-balls, killing and serving ice-cream for a reasonable fee" -Dan Puzzles can be hard but with trial and error, it can be fun especially when achieving combos by kickin' and killing fruits.

Juego estilo arcade simple pero muy divertido. No es el tipo de juego que suelo jugar pero aún así lo disfruté mucho. Está muy pulido y tiene una duración perfecta para lo que ofrece. Ryemanni que es lo más grande que hay.

Despite the game having fun controls and first levels being in the first worlds, Scoop Kick may have suffer people from being a difficult game at later on, maybe it's because of the control scheme, AI and when it comes to the bonus stages, it's probably hard! Idk why watermelons are turning this game into a bullet hell. Especially in the final world where grapes and bananas trying to kill you, I hate 'em. This may be annoying when you're going to collect all the medals, even without dying, killing fruits and filling one cone for scores. I like this game, a bit, but yeah. I'd say it's average. 6/10
