Avoid,
Barebones and the devs haven’t updated this game in nearly a year.
Early in alpha, and rough around the edges. But it holds a certain nostalgic charm I think many would find appealing. Given the support, there is boundless potential for this game. If you are not bothered by the simplicity of a game in it's earliest stage of development, then it is worth giving attention. I am excited to see what becomes the final product, and I hope many will join and see how this game develops.
so for anyone wondering what it going to be like. the way it has been setup virtually anyone could play this and you don't need a crazy system. if you want to just be able to have a great games with your friend/friends in this sci-fi of hell then this is a place to be with your buddies. yes this is early days but knowing what is to come in the future for this time line you would not be disappointed. so do yourselves a favour and get your boots on the ground, arm up and i will see you on the battlefield for the shenanigans to come!!
I have been a long-time fan of the Scion Conflict-verse since the original mod for ArmA 3 was released. I enjoy they mixture of classic tropes and ideas packed with fresh approaches and an unique art and narration style. To the game: It is obviously in Early Access and the work of a single person. But what a work it is. The game is absolutely playable and the sessions hosted by Outworld Studios on their Discord are always good fun. Updates are concise and adress issues while also adding new content. Really looking forward to more!
I've stepped away from multiplayer FPS's for a while, but when I decided to dive back in to something fresh that wasn't COD or HALO, I went with Scionide. I actually read the book that accompanies it, Scion Conflict, and I was immediately hooked. The gameplay is fun, to the point, and the environments starting out thus far are good and the AI is decent, and I know the developer is working around the clock to give the best experience possible. So far, their efforts have payed off splendidly, and I absolutely cannot wait for more updates! Glory to Scion!
i like it. its rough and is clearly early release but has potential. cant wait to see what it becomes
It is clear that the game is in early access, but I think it can grow into a refined and fun experience over time! There is a lot of effort going into this and you can already see it right now. The maps are cool and detailed, the gunplay is fun, the graphics are great (if your computer can handle them at high) and I can see how this could be a blast to play with friends. Also, the soundtrack is really good, I loved it! Not gonna lie, the AI players remind me of Ravenfield, they can be kinda goofy, but it'll definitely improve with more updates. I'm excited to see what this project has in store, especially with the campaign!
Hey, I Love to support the indie developer. That's all I'm gonna say right now.
