👍 Recommended... with reservations I had fun with Schedule I for about 12 hours. The early game is addictive, progression feels rewarding, and building your operation from nothing is genuinely entertaining. For $20, I don't feel like I got ripped off. The problem starts once your business gets bigger. Instead of feeling like you're running an empire, it turns into constant micromanagement. You're always refilling stash houses, restocking supplies, checking inventory, and handling repetitive tasks that should eventually be automated. Expanding your operation doesn't make you feel more powerful—it just creates more chores. The game desperately needs better late-game automation. An inventory manager, automatic restocking, supply routes, or employees who can manage stock without constant player input would make a huge difference. Right now, growth feels like a punishment instead of a reward. Overall, I enjoyed my time with it and think there's a great game here. The foundation is solid, but the late game needs more quality-of-life features to keep it fun instead of turning into busywork. Worth $20? I'd say yes, but mostly because the first 10–15 hours are enjoyable. I just hope future updates focus on making the late game less tedious.
