Cool game! I liked it a lot! It's funny, has nice drawings (not only with the characters and their expressions, but with the objects too), and of course Mr. Mail is awesome (funny and cool dragon, great character!) There's no rush to doing the levels which is good, such that you can take the time to get a solution that you need. You'll hear the music loop if you're spending a while, but that's fine imo Small spoiler for one of the levels:
I didn't really like the big dragon skull object, but no-one went "ew" or "that's nasty" (even in thought) so I assume it was an evil dragon or something
I 100%'d the game in about 3 hours which I found to be a good amount of time, with the amount of time I spent on each level varying a decent amount (some I did really quick and others took me quite a while). I was going for the sweet threshold for each of the levels though, some of which I actually got over the threshold which was cool! I just imagine someone waiting there for quite a while because even though everything is packed, Mr. Mail wants to get as many sweets in there as possible too (and even emptying out the bag sometimes to do so) lol
This game and its art style feel very cozy, especially when accompanied by its soundtrack. The short interactions with each customer is perfect for giving them a bit of personality, and I'm always amused checking on the progress of the hoard in the employee area. The inventory management puzzles are pretty good as well, and it's helpful that the pause screen shows what is needed for each star on the level. World-building-wise, it makes perfect sense that dragons would master size-changing magic if they're going to work in mundane jobs, so why not use it both to fit inside the building and to actually make yourself better at a job that needs space-optimization. All-in-all, a fun time.
Fun, cute, and a real puzzler!
Bought because I saw "dragon mailman" (and the art! I enjoy it a lot) and was interested immediately. I don't typically go for puzzle games, but I had a fun time with this one regardless. It's ultimately very simple, but shoving everything in (and getting 3 stars on top of that) does get fairly tricky. Definitely worth getting 🙂↕️
Awesome puzzle game, really cute designs and cozy music. Also the levels are pretty challenging as you go along, feels very satisfying to 3 star the levels. Would recommend!
No words can describe now much I love this game. It's not your ordinary fitting-pieces-into-a-grid game. The enlarge/shrink mechanic and star candies bring a new dimension to the game and challenged me to think of solutions creatively. I'm also proud to have made my first guide for the game. Two thumbs up!!
The art is awesome. The characters are hilarious. The gameplay is fun and challenging. The difficulty spikes are interesting and manageable without being overbearing. There's even a Frieren reference! I can only hope to see these characters again one day in a sequel or DLC perhaps.
This game is a STEAL for its price. I'm enjoying myself so much. Just finished getting all stars on the Graduate Student level, and WOW that was difficult but it was so rewarding to finally get. Can't wait to see the rest of the game. I was a bit on the fence about the growing/shrinking and candy mechanics at first, but have grown to like them. If I small gripe it would be that the game is lacking some slight quality of life: Up and Down arrows do what W and S do, but Left and Right don't mimick A and D, the position of an item can be a bit wonky after rotating, stuff like that. But overall, man, what a lovely surprise.
One for the hoard of all puzzle enthusiast dragons out there! The game is engaging and the dialogue/story is quite charming for a puzzle game :) I liked all the different themes and unique challenges across the other levels, great job coming up with unique item sets and conditions that kept things fresh between different levels.
Neat little game made with a lot of love.
