Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
Experienced on the Meta Quest 3
You can view my gameplay & early impressions here: https://youtu.be/4Yoe7Y-baEI If you enjoyed Getting Over It With Bennett Foddy, then you might also enjoy this game. It's similar to Clamb, but more approachable IMO for beginners. The physics, while not realistic, are predictable and enjoyable, while still presenting a challenge. This game also has leaderboards for bragging rights. It's a speed-runner's dream. You paddle upstream while trying to overcome different platforming obstacles. Unlike Bennett Foddy, this game will not make you go all the way back to the beginning as there contained areas connected to each other. So you'll only go back to that area's central area. So it's more forgiving, but you still have to get past the area. You can also continue and come back to the challenge at a later point. Game is running on the Unity Engine. On my RTX 5090, I was getting mostly 90 fps, but I did notice a few micro-stutters, but I think it was from loading in the new area only. You only have snap turning available, no smooth turning. You paddle to propel yourself around. You will probably have to play standing and the more room-scale space you have, the bigger your margin for error will be. You can play right or left handed mode. Leaning towards a 6 or 7 score, but haven't played enough to make a semi-accurate assessment.
Please note: I received a free Steam key through the Steam Curator Connect program. Solid game to play, but EXTREMELY satisfying to speedrun. With the physics, there are so many unique routes you can take and cool tech to discover. 10/10, would recommend
It's ok. The dev answers so that is nice.
Salmon Man is a deceptively simple but brutally satisfying VR rage game. The paddle physics are precise, responsive, and never floaty. Every failure is on you, not the game, which makes progress feel earned and incredibly rewarding. Level design is tight and skill-focused, with huge speedrunning potential and multiple routes to master. It’s frustrating, fair, and addictive in the best way. If you like Getting Over It, clamb, or physics-based VR games that reward patience and mastery, this is an easy recommendation, especially at this price.
A really fun game! If you like challenging games, you'll be happy! It would be great to see new courses in the future; the gameplay is really good! Highly recommended!
A lot more fun than going to the gym.
Its fine, but the physics is kinda wonky
it's good
Very cool!
Looks like a good game! Bug I might be a bit biased
