fun
i love مزارع الزعفران , all my homies love مزارع الزعفران
I have an affinity for difficult rogue-like games, ones that hook you up. I'm not a Souls player, nor am I an Earthbound fan. I enjoy games with great dopamine loop (Post Void, Hotline Miami, Isaac), which is greatly assisted by mood-shifting music and sound direction. "I fail miserably by dying" sound, or any other type of a signal of my actions (one that's pleasing if possible) should hit my brain to make me addicted. In this game, if I complete a level, I have text. In Prince of Persia I get boobies in the end. Not that it would be a proper solution here, but you should reward a player, you have a magic box to do this. I found jumping a very hard mechanic that you probably have to reserve to... never. It disarms you and doesn't allow to manage the bullet-hell. It is one of the two buttons that I have other than wasd, and I respect it, this is enough buttons, but jumping needs to be balanced, or maybe it's just the mechanic that I didn't get through trying to master the curve. It gets overwhelmingly difficult very quickly, especially in the endless mode. Sorry that I couldn't play more, It's very difficult to direct my attention. I like the overall aesthetic — the war... is happening right now in the world, so I'm glad that your tanks are cute and round, and not exactly realistic. It is soothing.
Saffron Fields is a score attack bullet hell. Which sounds kinda generic until you see the ridiculous physics and incredibly tiny play area. Way different than I expected although after playing the developer's other game 1001st Hyper Tower I shouldn't have been surprised. Saffron Fields grew on me as I kept playing. I was first put off by the physics but realized they're in my favor. The physics in Saffron Fields is cranked up to eleven. Which on a scale of one to ten is past the allowable amount. One little boop from a bullet or enemy and you're going to go flying off the stage. Some enemies add bullets to the stage while others are trying to ram you off. But instead of relying on your tank cannon the best way to get the enemies off the platform is to boop them back. Overall, Saffron Fields is an extremely difficult but fun arcade game. I really appreciate the developer's style they've brought to both their games I've played. While Saffron Fields is challenging, it's not impossible. The game is very fun and addictive, it is simple but is really enjoyable and exciting.
Footage and screenshots are, as it often happens with good arcade games, unable to communicate how this gorgeous little game looks, feels and plays. I am not good at it at all, but dang, I think I will coming back to this one to try and git gud again and again!
Before I played Saffron Fields, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
