This is a game i was hoping to play with the kids, but unfortunately the controller mapping is broken. It seems there's a bug that switches who's controlling what player rendering this game unplayable. This is on PC, so fair warning to those wanting to play co-op on the same PC.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 27: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Really struggling to finish this one. Graphics and audio are nice, story is decent enough. But the issue for me is with depth perception and how the actual gameplay feels. Most of the time I struggle to get any sense of where the character actually is, something that is quite central to the gameplay in a 3D platformer. Something just feels off, I can't really say if it is the camera or the frequent changing of perspective. This of course leads to damage or death that feels unfair. Granted that it is 2D, but Super Meat Boy feels much better and fair in comparison. Might be more fun in co-op, altho I doubt it since that probably means even more deaths to the camera. I got it on sale for 15 euros, the full asking price of 60 euros is ridiculous for what the game is. Spend your money and time on something good like Split Fiction instead.
Sackboy: A Big Adventure is a charming and polished platformer that’s easy to pick up and hard to put down. The levels are colorful, creative, and especially fun in co-op. DualSense functions work fine and add a nice layer of immersion. It may lack the creation tools of older LittleBigPlanet games, but the pure platforming shines.
An actually super underrated platformer. It definitely borrows pretty heavily from Super Mario 3D World, but that's not a bad place to pull from. The music levels are absolutely stellar too. There are the collectibles to find and score attacks to chase, and the story is pretty cute. There are two gripes I have. I usually 100% games like this, but so much of the collectibles are trapped in multiplayer, but no one is playing. Also, the performance got a little choppy in spots which is strange for an older game with this hardware. Still, those don't diminish what is a game people need to check out as it might be the last Sony platformer on PC for awhile.
This game is not only challenging, but it is fun to play and the music is good too! DEVS, please bring Little Big Planet to Steam!
Please remake the first Little Big Planet!
Y'know, I was initially a little upset that this wasn't a LittleBigPlanet game, and I still see it as a mistake not releasing it under that name as well as not giving us a level creator or way to share them with other players because there is so much potential here for that. But this is a charming and fun little Co-op experience with friends (up to 4) with the fun soundtrack mostly being composed of real songs and remixes of said real songs. This is a fun game for all ages, but for the most part, however, I'd personally wait until it goes on sale because it's a 5-year-old game and I don't think paying nearly 80 dollars is worth it for any game.
Sackboy: A Big Adventure was such a cute little joy bomb. I loved LittleBigPlanet back on PlayStation, so getting to play another Sackboy game already had me by the nostalgia strings. There is just something about this little stitched-up guy running around these bright, crafty worlds that makes my brain happy. I played this with my girlfriend, and we had yards of fun with it. It is adorable, colorful, silly, and the kind of co-op game that can be genuinely sweet one minute and then immediately turn into both of you yelling because someone missed a jump, grabbed the wrong thing, or accidentally became a tiny fabric liability. The levels are super charming. Everything has that handmade, arts-and-crafts look, like the whole world was built out of felt, buttons, cardboard, glitter, and pure serotonin. The platforming is easy enough to enjoy casually, but still has enough little challenges, secrets, collectibles, and chaos to keep it fun. It is also just a really good couch co-op game. You can play together without it feeling too stressful, but there is still plenty of room for nonsense. Helping each other, sabotaging each other by accident, laughing at dumb mistakes, pretending the mistake was “the controller,” obviously. Sackboy is cozy, playful, nostalgic, and full of charm. It reminded me why I loved LittleBigPlanet in the first place, while still feeling like its own cute little adventure. If you want something fun, lighthearted, and genuinely sweet to play with someone you love, this one is a very good time. Also, Sackboy remains one of the cutest little dudes in gaming. No notes.
