Run Tekila Run! Positives: + Ok graphics + Nice metal music + Dont know why but I kinda like the flute + The zombie attacking dog + Achievements + Mini map + Local Coop + Different difficulty settings (which you can change at any time) + Ok voiceover Negatives: - Gets quite repetitive and monotonous too fast - At parts its actually more boring than fun - Feels unnecessary slow (running around waiting for power ups to kill enemies) - Underwhelming boss fights - Navigation is not the best - Story and poems are nothing to write home about - Could have been better in classic third person view (not bird view) - Stiff and unnatural animations - Not enough variation in scenery - Difficulty settings are not the best (easy is too easy, medium and hard is too inconsistent) This is actually the first game of TB I didnt like. Its okay that he tries to experiment with different genres, but sometimes its best to stick with what you know and do best. I would like to see more games in the direction of The Redress of Mira and Education. Then there will be more variation and some creepy atmosphere as well. And Im still waiting for a sequel to Lucid Cycle. But as for Run Tekila Run, unless you are desperate for another zombie hord killing game, you can just skip this one. Total Score: 4.5/10
