Rover Mechanic Simulator is a game in which you are a mechanic working on one of the first Martian colonies. Your main tasks include the repair and maintenance of Mars rovers, so that the remaining crew can collect detailed information about the structure of the Red Planet.
In this free version of Rover Mechanic Simulator you will be able to play through the whole tutorial of the game and learn everything you need to know about repairing and maintaining Mars Rovers before playing the full version. Your save files from this game will also work on the full game so don't worry and have fun!
There are many devices at your disposal that will allow you to dismantle and maintain even the smallest parts of the rover. Use different tools such as a 3D printer, recycling machine, overhead crane, soldering iron and many more.
Not all parts need to be replaced entirely. You can use special workbenches to repair damaged PCBs, clean and maintain parts that have worn out during rover's work. Thanks to this, you can save resources for much more difficult tasks.
The game offers you several development paths that you can choose. Are you a tinkerer who enjoys disassembling devices into small parts? Become a technician! But if you prefer to precisely analyze the damaged parts and find malfunctions faster, then become an analyst. If you want to master the recovery of resources, follow the economist’s path.
There are many devices on Mars which served people in the past but broke down at some point. You can fix and restore them to service. Thanks to you they can continue to perform their tasks by sending specialized information about the composition of the planet. "Spirit", "Opportunity" and others have served people for years and they can still do it!

Rover Mechanic Simulator: Training Day interesting game good tutorial disassembling and reassembling things finding damage parts on the rover , recycling parts quite a good demo to play before you get full game worth a play to learn how to play the full game

THIS GAME IS RUBBISH! i tryed it. i really did. the soundtrack is lame,i just cant understand WTF is wrong with the dumb rovers. yes i get that the wheel is damaged but just fix it yourself. the parts are bugged i cant remove anything. why do you sell such bullcrap?????? idk how people play this crap without posting bad reveiws. i will NEVER buy the real game if the demo is this stupid. no matter if the discount is -90% off. the only time i will get it is if its FREE,cuz thats how much its worth. APSUOLUTLY NOTHING. its a waste of disc space. AVOID IT. only get it if you like dumb games. even then i wuoldent. so i am getting rid of it. i am uninstalling it and hiding it from my steam account. maybe i will erase all traces that i played it. i wasted 13 minutes of my life here. oh and the UI is god awful. you cant jump. the windows have a nice view but the workshop doesnt have windows. its a total NO for me. so TLDR: i wlll rate all parts of the game on a scale of 1 to 10. Grafix:its alright. 6. Gameplay:TOTAL RUBBISH. i will give that a ZERO. soundtrack:lame,just lame. 2. price:its free but not worth the time. no rating. UI:thares not a lot to unpack here. its very poor. i will give it a 4. Controls:i almost wrecked my screen when i realised that i needed to use the RIGHT SIDE of the mouse when i always use the LEFT. 1. PC needs:for how bad the gameplay is, its a waste of GPU and CPU usage. if you remove that i might give an 8. but its to god awful so i must give a 2. Load times:TPH was another game i used to play but stopped cuz i dident like the gameplay and it took ENTERNITY to load. this is the same. i considerd leaving it running overnight. 1. i wanted to try the real game but never got around to it. i was going to endure it but my mom was telling me to do something else and i was about to pass out in bordom. so just avoid it. the only thing good about it was the view out the window that the WORKHOP DOESNT EVEN HAVE! and once you enter the workshop you cant get out so F***k this game. i unenstalled it and removed it. i even hid it away from myself so i dont have to make the same mistake of playing it agein. i am ingnoring it for LIFE. go play occupy mars. its a good game by the same people but after this sin i may not want to play it anymore. i am going to NEVER PLAY IT AGEIN AND ANYONE THAT SAYS THE GAME IS GOOD IS A FOOL AND CANT BE TRUSTED.
very complicated but it is worth it
Nice to give it a try, but it's not very intuitive. Dropped a rover on a table, analyzed it, then you are supposed to repair it, but nothing works.
