Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.14/day in the week to Aug 13 → 3.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Ropuka's Idle Island is a playable sticker for your desktop. Put it anywhere on your screen and focus on work or fun while the little frog tends to his garden.
While not sleeping, Ropuka is always cutting grass. Use it as a currency to upgrade his tools, improve the grass' quality or spend it decorating the island.
Unlock new buildings and plants to create your own unique island. Can you get every item and complete the collection?
Ropuka's Idle Island is the perfect game for multitasking. Put it anywhere you want on the screen, resize to take as little or as much space as you want, and the little frog buddy will always be with you when you work, play games, or relax.
If you need help focusing, Ropuka's Idle Island includes a custom-made lofi track and ambient sounds of nature. Mix and match the audio sources or play in silence to create the perfect workspace.

9 Hours in, loving it. It is everything it looks like it is. It's brilliant. Will update my review at 1009 hours.
I’ve only had this game for 17 minutes, but I already love it. I’m the kind of person who always needs something in the background while doing boring/busy work on my PC. And honestly, Ropuka’s Idle Island is kind of genius for that. I’ve seen quite a few negative reviews complaining that there isn’t really much of a “game” here, and I honestly think that’s missing the point. This isn’t really a game you sit down and actively play. It’s your little buddy. Your companion through long hours of work. It stays by your side, doesn’t demand your attention, and doesn’t really distract you. But it gives you a reason to take tiny breaks, check in, and look forward to unlocking something new. There are even achievements! And I really love that you can resize the island. You can make it bigger or smaller depending on how much space you have on your screen, so it fits perfectly around whatever you’re doing. It makes it feel like the game is actually designed to coexist with your work instead of demanding that you give it your full attention. I actually really like how slow it is. I want this to be something I can enjoy for a long, long time rather than unlock everything in a few hours and move on. For now, the frog is more than enough for me. 🐸 After only 17 minutes I obviously can’t say that I’m emotionally attached to him yet 😂, but I can absolutely imagine growing to love my little companion. And maybe in the future, it would be really cool to have other animals you could unlock and switch between, with their own little things to discover. The music is lovely too! Although… it is already starting to feel a little repetitive, so I’m wondering how long it’ll be before I inevitably mute it. And I LOVE how the grass moves when you hover your cursor over it. It’s such a tiny detail, but it makes the island feel surprisingly alive. Just watching the grass ripple around my cursor while Ropuka cruises through it is weirdly calming. Anyway, I’m only 17 minutes in and I’m already weirdly happy and hyped about this little game. It’s exactly the kind of thing I was looking for to keep me company while I work.

An Honest Review! I love this game. Its plain and simple yet very cute. I really enjoy the visuals of the game. I overall just think its sweet and lazy in a good way. I spent a lot of time unlocking everything and then just enjoying decorating my little island to fit the vibes of each season in real life. Thats really it to this game. Its simply a decorative piece to sit on your screen and be cute. My only one wish is that a pomodoro timer/task list be added to the game so there is a purpose for my little frog being up other than to just cut grass. That being said I just think its cute.
Ropuka é um ótimo amigo
True idle game. Very good to go alongside work with it's cute mixtapes. If the music isn't your thing, you can always mute it and just watch the frog do its thing. I have this guy setup on a monitor above my primary one, and I check on the frog every now and then. I recommend this to anyone that wants something on their screen to relax with, or someone with empty space on a monitor.
Not terrible, mostly just an idle game then you have to spend a while getting coins to buy all the stickers. i just left it run while i was away or doing other stuff but not hard to finish, cool artwork and design though.
Possibly the greatest desktop companion ever released
