Its like watching a turtle take a nap - sure, it's technically happening, but you won’t be awake for the finale!
What a hidden gem of an indie game! What a beautiful game! If you are an oldschool gamer and up to some challenging platforming, look no further! You gonna love this. There is something about the Cry Engine games, they just look so good when someone knows how to develop with it. It's incredible how a game from 2015 manages to look better than so many UE5 games made in 2023, 2024. The lighting is amazing, the water is amazing (better looking than in modern games), the color palette, the textures, the fog, it all looks incredible, this game is pure eye candy. Level design is great too, it's a shame the game is somewhat short, there are 6 levels and 4 extra levels, being the last extra level (ultimate ascending) the most challenging, and also the most beautiful level (the tropical beach level is mesmerizing as well). I wish most of the levels had the same difficulty of the last one. Would love if the dev decided to release a continuation for this game, or worked in more extra levels as DLC, and also achievements.

Repetitive
Feels like playing a tech demo since it's so short and polished, but the levels are fun, the stages are pretty, and it's overall a lovely overall 2ish hour experience including the bonus levels.
Un plataformas con un control muy impreciso y frustante.
Prone to motion sickness? WATCH OUT! It only took about 8-10 minutes of gameplay to make me sick. There's no control of the camera and it adjusts itself constantly and subtly as you're playing. The menu screen should be a red flag enough with the swirling around it does. The menu is oddly designed so if you click on the settings button the option to go back to the game is on the bottom left of the screen on top of the cryengine logo so it's hard to notice. The only controls for the game seem to be aswd for movement and space to jump. When the camera angle adjusts itself randomly as you play the angle of your jump changes with it. You just spawn in as a boulder with no lead up to why or what manner of magical boulder you are. The music is that odd sort of short repetitive tune I'd expect to hear blasting in an arcade. The visuals of the game are nice once you get into the game.
