Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

compared to other rct games this ones the worst. can't even create normal paths and there aren't even any new attractions. It's just a copypaste rollercoaster tycoon 3 but with sliiiightly better graphics.
Title: RollerCoaster Tycoon World - A Bumpy Ride RollerCoaster Tycoon World promised to be the next great installment in a beloved franchise, but unfortunately, it falls short of the high expectations set by its predecessors. As a long-time fan of the series, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the overall experience this game offers. First and foremost, the graphics and visuals in RollerCoaster Tycoon World are a mixed bag. While the game does offer some impressive coaster designs and colorful attractions, the overall graphical quality feels dated and fails to take advantage of modern gaming hardware. It lacks the polish and attention to detail that one would expect from a game released in the era of advanced graphics. The gameplay also leaves much to be desired. The game's user interface is clunky and unintuitive, making it a chore to build and manage your theme park efficiently. The AI of park guests and staff can be frustratingly erratic, with visitors frequently getting stuck or behaving in bizarre ways. This can lead to a frustrating experience as you struggle to maintain a smoothly running park. The coaster-building mechanics, which should be the highlight of any RollerCoaster Tycoon game, are disappointingly limited and lack the depth and creativity seen in earlier titles. Customization options for rides and scenery items are also lacking, which hampers the player's ability to create a truly unique and immersive park. Multiplayer was touted as a significant feature of RollerCoaster Tycoon World, but it feels like an afterthought rather than a well-integrated gameplay element. The online features are riddled with bugs and connectivity issues, making it difficult to enjoy the game with friends. On a positive note, RollerCoaster Tycoon World does include Steam Workshop support, allowing the community to create and share custom content. This does add some much-needed replay value to the game, as the base content can quickly become repetitive. In conclusion, RollerCoaster Tycoon World is a lackluster addition to a beloved franchise. It fails to capture the magic of its predecessors, offering subpar graphics, frustrating gameplay, and a lack of depth. While the Steam Workshop support provides a glimmer of hope for potential improvements through user-generated content, the core game itself falls far short of the expectations of fans. If you're a die-hard RollerCoaster Tycoon fan, you might find some enjoyment in this title, but for most players, it's a bumpy ride that's best avoided.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 11: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game keeps crashing so I tried a few solutions online without finding the proper fix. I was able to get the game to play for longer without crashing by dropping the graphics settings to the lowest, but it would still crash and now I'm not even able to get into my saved game.
Tried connecting basic paths during the tutorial faze the path then completely glitched out. Tried deleting a basic path with seating on it, crashed my game. 10/10 Game of the Year. Would experience this again.
The game keeps crashing. Whether during loading, or even in the middle of playing. It sucks.
While designing the roller coasters is fun, the overall experience of everything else just ruins it. I did deal with crashes and bugs but what upset me the most is the fact that this game tried to overcomplicate everything compared to the previous versions. Path building is weird (need to build a separate queue path compared to just a regular path). Rather than hiring staff straight off, you first need to construct a building for them. And the food/store stalls are expensive which would not be a big issue if it wasn't for all the peeps preferences. Overall the game gave me a headache and after the 6th crash, I decided that was enough for me.
Too many problems and not enough content. I picked this game up when it was on sale and so for the price I paid it's okay, but still not very good. Content is very limited. In attractions there are 11 coaster styles and 39 flat rides. That’s it. No tracked rides, like haunted house, go karts, or car rides, no water related rides, log flume or river rafts, and no transport rides. Then there are all the issues which are the ire of many of the reviewers. It crashes frequently, corrupts save files, the roller coaster rating system is severely flawed and more. The things the game does well are marred by problems. The coaster design engine is versatile but it is often difficult to use. The most common problem is that when you click on a track node to adjust it, the default is to change its position on the grid relative to where your mouse pointer may be. So you have to find just the right camera angle when you select the node if you do not want it to move suddenly and warp its track section. Precision adjustments are also problematic as when you try to alter a nodes’ axis to a precise degree without the angle snap feature. Sometimes it works but most of the time it will only go so far and then stop and no amount of spinning your mouse wheel will get it to proceed. Then, without warning, it will make the adjustment with a response sensitivity jumping from 0 to 10,000 and giving you a track section resembling a twisted pasta noodle. It is nice that you can adjust the angle of all placeable scenery to whatever you desire, however with building parts, (walls, roofs and others) the Y axis for yaw rotation remains fixed relative to the land grid while the X and Z are relative to the object. One upshot of this is if you change the angle of either the X or Z axis to 90 degrees perpendicular, it leaves you with two rotation controls that do the same thing. the So if you want a particular angle for any building part you must plan out how you need to rotate it before placing. With patience you can figure out where the game crashes and prepare for it and ultimately make some nice looking rides and parks but it feels more like a chore than a game.
crashes, always lags, never loads saved games even if manually saved.
Game has to much herky-jerky motion. Is not smooth running and often stops running, leaving player having to reboot.
lots of lagg and difficult coaster builder
