Jogo divertido e com dificuldade crescente e na medida exata. Tem modo coop o que pode deixar e experiência do game ainda mais interessante. Pelo preço e o que é apresentado, é mais do que recomendado. Ótimo para passar o tempo.
Game is ok-ish. Music is superb. PS: controller is kind of a must, playing with keyboard is possible but you'll probably have to shuffle around the keybinds until you find something that works for you
Robonauts is a visually stunning arcade like game that is in my opinion very underrated. I see people commenting on the difficulty of this game and I agree, some levels are very hard, it exponentially gets harder, but that’s the whole point of arcade games. You’re supposed to die quite a lot. The music in Robonauts is banging and really helps tie everything together. I like that there’s a lot of variety within the twelve levels this game has, as well as a hard mode and mission ranks. However, this game is not perfect. You cannot manually aim, the game aims for you, and I can see why some people would not like that. The story in this game does not really matter, which is a shame, but it is better than without one at all. Some enemies are not balanced very well. The eye monster that shoots a lot of bullets at once can two or three shot you and if you don’t see it coming, you’re pretty much dead. Also, the flying enemies that try to home in on you spawn more quickly than you can get rid of. I’d say that if they implement a few balance changes, a leaderboard, and Steam cloud save, Robonauts would be a banging game. I still recommend playing through it, maybe even with a friend, since it has a coop mode as well.
don't worry! el sprumo will crash ur game instead of letting you play! https://imgur.com/a/siUTxhd
I've played this game a lot on the Nintendo Switch with a friend of mine and yeah, this game's really fun, but also challenging, with almost every level being a different task and always in different ways. Especially after the first levels oh boy if it's gonna be tough, but don't worry: co-op exists for a reason right? ;)
Robonauts, developed by QubicGames and published on PC by Untold Tales alongside QubicGames, is a fast-paced arcade shooter that combines run-and-gun combat with gravity-defying platforming across miniature planets. Originally released on consoles before arriving on Steam, the game positions itself as a colorful homage to classic arcade shooters while introducing a spherical level structure that gives its action a distinct spatial twist. The central premise follows Robo, a small but determined robot thrust into a galactic conflict against alien forces. Rather than navigating flat stages, players leap between tiny, circular planets suspended in space. Each level consists of multiple connected planetoids populated by waves of enemies, and progression depends on clearing these threats to unlock portals to new areas. The gravity mechanic is central to the experience; when Robo jumps, he adheres to the surface of whichever planet he lands on, forcing players to constantly adjust orientation and spatial awareness. This design adds verticality and movement variety, preventing the action from feeling strictly horizontal. Combat mechanics are straightforward and accessible. Robo is equipped with primary and secondary weapons that allow rapid elimination of enemies. Shooting is enhanced by a light auto-aim feature, which helps maintain flow during chaotic firefights but can occasionally feel imprecise in crowded scenarios. Enemies spawn in increasing numbers and from multiple directions, creating moments where dodging incoming fire becomes just as important as dealing damage. The game maintains a brisk tempo, encouraging constant movement and quick reactions rather than methodical strategy. The campaign unfolds across a dozen or so levels, each introducing slightly different enemy formations and environmental layouts. While the visual themes vary—from lush alien landscapes to more mechanical or hostile worlds—the core objective remains consistent: defeat all enemies to proceed. This clarity makes the game easy to pick up and understand, but it also means that the structure can feel repetitive during extended sessions. The challenge escalates gradually, yet the fundamental loop remains unchanged throughout. Visually, the game embraces a vibrant 2D art style filled with bold colors and cartoonish alien designs. Planets are rendered with distinct visual identities, and the animated sprites maintain clarity even during busy firefights. The aesthetic leans toward playful science fiction rather than gritty realism, making the experience approachable for a wide audience. Complementing the visuals is an energetic electronic soundtrack composed by Simon Viklund, whose high-tempo tracks reinforce the arcade intensity and keep momentum high during combat sequences. Beyond the single-player campaign, the game offers local multiplayer modes. Split-screen cooperative play allows two players to tackle stages together, enhancing the chaotic fun and making enemy-clearing more dynamic. A competitive versus mode introduces score-based battles, encouraging friendly rivalry. While these additions increase replay value, the absence of online multiplayer limits their accessibility to couch co-op scenarios. The game’s strengths lie in its immediacy and accessibility. Controls are intuitive, difficulty is approachable yet capable of ramping up, and sessions can be completed in short bursts. However, players seeking deeper progression systems, extensive weapon customization, or evolving mechanics may find the experience somewhat lightweight. Its charm and momentum carry it through, but the lack of mechanical complexity prevents it from reaching greater depth. Ultimately, it stands as a colorful and energetic arcade shooter that succeeds most when played in short, action-packed sessions or with a local co-op partner. Its gravity-based planet hopping differentiates it from standard run-and-gun titles, adding a spatial twist to familiar mechanics. While it may not redefine the genre, it delivers a polished and lively homage to classic arcade action, supported by strong music and accessible gameplay design. Rating: 5/10
.
Played a bit on Switch and picked up here. I want to play more later when I find time.
