Amazing little game. Made me reminisce on the years I spent playing cute flash games. very cute game with fun game play and great art. Not very long either. I played the whole thing in just under an hour. Definitely worth the time to play!
Very fun platformer game with interesting mechanics and a great art style. My only issue playing this game was a bug at the very beginning that set all the keybinds to left click, but once I changed the controls in settings the game ran without issue.

Best game I've ever played
an elegant well designed and just fun platformer.
A puzzle-platformer with enough struggle to make it feel like a challenge as you flip yourself upside down into electrical wires or accidentally bring enemies you were escaping along with you.
Yerçekimi manipülasyonu ve sakızın gücüyle Bubblegum Bandit ortalığı kasıp kavuruyor ve intikam alıyor! Kötü robotlardan çalın ve gemilerini havaya uçurun!
7/10, enjoyed the free experience. Here's some thoughts. Pros: Unique idea with the bubblegum and sticking enemies and blocks using it, (mostly) easy to understand goals, fun to use the bubblegum. Cons: Collectibles don't feel all that special & some are even in the main path, physics can get weird sometimes especially with the blocks, blocks should've been implemented earlier in the game. Overall fun experience and a good free Steam game, hope you guys make another game.
Bubblegum Bandit is one of literally thousands of retro 2D platformers infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere... and I'm not kidding. Searching for "platformers" on the Steam store page yields over 17,000 results! Is this one of the best of those? Absolutely not. This platformer is driven almost completely by the gravity inversion mechanism that dozens of other platformers have already done, but much better than this. At least the paper-cutout looking "art" isn't pixelcrap. That doesn't mean it's good, though... there's reasons why this was such a failure. Platforming is an old, mostly dead genre, and this lacklustre experience, while it doesn't have an upfront cost, isn't saving the genre... it's no surprise this failed to capture any attention from gamers in the era of immersive 3D gaming. The game features really lacklustre 2D visuals (does the developer not know 3D graphics became mainstream in the mid-1990s?). Gamers don't spend thousands of dollars on gaming rigs and the latest 3D graphics cards to play 2D games. Even mobile phones and game consoles can do 3D graphics now. There's no excuse. On the matter of pricing and value for gamers, most "free" games on Steam aren't really free. There's often nasty mobile app cash shops, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of shady pricing schemes that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable, or something you might want to spend your time on. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 3 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough.
