I could maybe see this as a yes if it were targeted at young children. Granted, I didn't play this until the harder levels, but the cars just go exactly where you tell them to. (except when they don't in case of bugs) When I say "the cars go where you tell them to" negatively what I mean is there's no physics involved. Cars can just make a 90 degree turn instantly. Essentially every level is easily completed by virtue of all vehicles acting the same. Also, as mentioned before, there are bugs. Sometimes the cars just start randomly spiraling on the line. Sometimes the cars stop at 98% and you have to do the level over. Many times when you are drawing the line, the line sort of "sticks" in the target zone and you have to wiggle around to get the line to show up. None of these bugs are all that bad really, but at the same time the game isn't good enouigh to warrant dealing with them.
