About

A rundown village is caught up in a mysterious phenomenon. The villagers have gone crazy and scared all the women away. Risty Achmer, a hot-headed adventurer, takes on the guild's request to solve this mystery.
But the moment she steps into the village, terrible things start happening to her. Sensing that things are getting out of hand, Risty tries to leave but is blocked by an invisible barrier surrounding the village. With no choice but to push ahead, Risty must uncover who is behind this and what is causing the villagers to behave in such a shameless and outrageous way.

Investigate the various parts of the village and find out more details from the Village Chief and other important figures. Gather clues, solve puzzles, and discover secret areas that will lead Risty towards the truth. Help Risty come face to face with her past, and overcome it, so that she is ready to face down the final challenge and put an end to whatever is plaguing this village and its people.

Explore the rundown village, speak with the people, and gather clues to find out more about the mysterious phenomenon that caused the village to change so much. Unlock new and hidden areas as the story progresses, and you might discover something even more interesting along the way.
Some villagers hold important clues, but they won't share them with Risty without getting something in return. Others may appear generous and ask for nothing, but their true intentions could be hidden. How far will Risty be willing to go to get them to cooperate?
Engage with small puzzles that offer a good balance between challenge and fun, and interact with the environment to unlock secret passages. Solving each puzzle will push the story forward.
The game features a unique power-up system tied to various encounters with characters in the story. Gather enough power, and you might be able to take down even the game's strongest unseen foe.
After completing the story, visit the Reminiscence Room to unlock all the content you might have missed and watch it again as many times as you like.

Risty and the Village of Bocchino is a provocative, narrative-driven indie adventure that leans heavily into discomfort, taboo, and psychological unease to tell its story. Developed by We've Got Lewds! and published by Saikey Studios, the game positions itself firmly within a niche space where mature content is not merely an optional bonus, but an integral part of its thematic identity. Rather than aiming to shock through excess alone, it attempts to weave eroticism, mystery, and moral decay into a cohesive, if unsettling, experience centered on exploration and investigation. Players step into the role of Risty, an outsider drawn to the isolated village of Bocchino, a place that quickly reveals itself to be deeply wrong. The village is not presented as overtly monstrous at first glance, but instead as quietly corrupted, its inhabitants behaving in strange, increasingly disturbing ways. The narrative unfolds gradually, relying on environmental storytelling, character interactions, and implication rather than constant exposition. This slow-burn approach gives the setting an oppressive atmosphere, encouraging players to question not only what happened to Bocchino, but how far the corruption truly runs and whether anyone within the village is untouched by it. Gameplay centers on exploration and dialogue rather than complex mechanics. Players move through various locations in the village, examining objects, triggering scenes, and speaking with residents whose words often reveal more than they intend. Conversations are a key storytelling tool, frequently blending mundane exchanges with unsettling undertones that hint at deeper horrors beneath the surface. There is little in the way of traditional puzzles or fail states, which keeps the focus squarely on narrative absorption rather than challenge. This design choice reinforces the feeling of being an observer and investigator rather than an empowered hero. The game’s mature content is deeply entwined with its themes, rather than existing purely for titillation. Erotic scenes and suggestive imagery are framed within a broader context of obsession, loss of restraint, and societal breakdown. This creates a tone that can feel deliberately uncomfortable, as moments that might otherwise be read as indulgent are often tinged with unease or narrative consequence. For some players, this approach adds weight and distinctiveness to the story; for others, the blend of sexuality and psychological decay may feel abrasive or uneven. The game makes no effort to soften this contrast, clearly committing to its vision regardless of how polarizing it may be. Visually, Risty and the Village of Bocchino uses stylized 2D art that prioritizes expressiveness over realism. Character designs are clear and readable, with facial expressions and body language doing much of the emotional work during dialogue scenes. The environments, while not large or mechanically complex, are detailed enough to convey mood and suggest history, reinforcing the sense that the village is a place shaped by long-term rot rather than sudden catastrophe. The presentation supports the narrative effectively, even if it does not push technical boundaries. Pacing is one of the more divisive aspects of the experience. The game often lingers on conversations and scenes, allowing tension to build slowly, but this can occasionally feel drawn out, particularly for players expecting a more tightly structured mystery. Because progression is tied closely to exploration and narrative triggers, momentum can vary depending on how thoroughly players engage with the environment. This uneven pacing contributes to the game’s mixed reception, as some appreciate the deliberate rhythm while others find it undermines immersion. Ultimately, Risty and the Village of Bocchino is a game that knows its audience and does little to court a broader one. It is not designed as a mechanically rich adventure or a traditional horror experience, but as a narrative experiment that uses adult content and unsettling themes to explore corruption, voyeurism, and moral collapse. For players who are comfortable with mature material and interested in dark, story-focused indie titles that challenge tone and genre conventions, it offers a memorable and often disturbing journey. For those seeking conventional gameplay depth or a lighter approach to adult content, it will likely feel alienating. As a niche experience, however, it succeeds in delivering a coherent, provocative vision that lingers long after its final scenes. Rating: 6/10
A leisure exploration game with great scenes. There's not much going on here, it is heavily focused on story and "action", and there's no combat whatsoever. However, I do think deleting the cumbersome rpgmaker combat is a good choice here, since the dev can focus on putting puzzles instead. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of hint at one of those puzzles, I stuck there for a while, but other than that, the puzzles and the leisure (sometimes intense) exploration were great for casual players like me. And also, too much mushroom (mushroom, not water), you will know what I'm trying to say when you reach a certain stage... Overall, I don't want to look at mushroom monsters for a while after playing this game. Oh, and I also recommend it if you want a short and leisure hot game.
cool village for the fellas
story is actually quite intriguing. And if you like bratty girls, then this is the game for you
Disgusting themes. Don't buy.
Ужасная рисовка, скудные анимации. отсутствие сюжета, линейный "сюжет" по типу "найди где продолжение", действия игрока ограничены. экипировка отсутствует как и другие предметы как и показатели персонажа.
This is more of a RPG visual novel with a linear progression, so there's only 1 route and game is pretty short. The art is nice and the girl is cute too, also the plot is easily predictable but nonetheless it's pretty funny and entertaining. There's quite some efforts been done in the effects and all that can be seen in-game. Overall, it's a pretty entertaining game with the only downside is that it's too short.
No choices to make or battles to fight but Risty still makes it well worth playing. I recommend buying on a small sale though because it takes only 4 hours at the most to beat it.
