it wasn t really my cup of tea but i can totally see people enjoy this and the giants r kinda cute lmao. i got the game when it was like 100% off just to try it so if you re into this type of game it s defo worth getting and mabey you could catch a sale.
I'm pretty sure I picked this one up inauspiciously in an indie bundle in 2013, and despite having 1000+ games in my collection, I somehow keep coming back to it 13 years later. The art style is charming, and the gameplay hits that sweet spot of being just accessible enough to pick up, but with plenty of room for optimizing for a challenge. The action is tame enough that the game is a fairly cozy play, especially with the pause. The rogue-like progression is a nice ladder that forces you to learn new combos and give you a reason to keep coming back. Progress may seem slow if you don't understand what you're trying to do, but if you enjoy slower paced games, this one is a classic.

The game is good, and addictive. However, it crashes randomly within the middle of the match. If it were just recently released... ok. But not for a 12 year old game
