Reflex Unit: Strike Ops

It's awesome! Controls are smooth, the action is great and it looks cool, too. Plus I always love a game where you fight AI (my favourite is probably still Battlezone gold). Missions are diverse and I like the vehicles I got to play in so far. Haven't tried the co-op version yet.

Almost a spiritual successor to the classic Desert Strike, this game is very reminiscent of arcades from decades past! Fun, with great potential, a campaign with distinct play modes in some cases, it only has one problem...it ends! Congratulations to the team that created the game, I hope there will be an improved sequel in the future! Divertido, com um potencial bem legal, uma campanha com modalidades play distintas em alguns casos, só tem um problema...ele acaba!! It's an enjoyable twin-stick shooter If you don't mind AI-generated assets. However I do have VERY FEW complains, and they might get patched out relatively soon* because Robosaru sure is listening to their players! *I said "might get patched" because not everything can be updated by changing a few lines of codes, I know that much. The target-snapping mechanic is kind of annoying. Even if you disable aim assist, your helicopter will still randomly pick a destroyable object that is the closest to your aim cursor and lock onto it, and there's no way to disable or at least make it prioritize threats within the snapping area. [strike]Gamepad aiming feels extremely unresponsive, but at least the game is playable with keyboard & mouse.[/strike] [b]**EDIT**[/b] Robosaru just pushed an update that adds mouse simulation function for gamepad players. Haven't test it yet but the speed they're trying to improve the game through feedback is crazy! The coin system can be better utilized by allowing us to spend coins to unlock weapons unique to each helicopter and even armor/engine/handling upgrades, not just colors and camos. [b]**EDIT**[/b] While we sure can call in supplies for each run, we can't use coins stored on the carrier to do that. I guess it's a balancing move, otherwise we can just spam supplies without worrying about getting shot at or run out of ammo/fuel.

Bon gameplay, bonne ambiance, tourne sur des configurations modeste et prix raisonnable. Je recommande vivement.

Retrocede en el tiempo a 1992. Lo más parecido a Desert Strike y sucesores que encontrarás para Mac. Buscándolo llevaba desde entonces. No se siente un "juego viejo" como pasa a veces cuando se "actualiza" un género de la Edad Dorada porque, sin traicionar el modelo en el que se inspira, moderniza las mecánicas (doble joystick, uso de power-ups, mayor importancia del mapa...). Eso sí, me sobraban las fases manejando tanques. Aunque hay gente a la que no. Por lo de la variedad, y eso. En cualquier caso, un Arcade de época, ideal para partidas rápidas, y con el precio ajustado (a menos a día de hoy).

Aufgrund der Problematik mit dem Playstation 4 Controller kann ich leider keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Das Spiel lieft anfangs super, aber seit einiger Zeit ist das Spiel bei ca 17 FPS gelockt, wenn man einen PS4 Controller verwendet. Wenn man dann wieder eine Taste auf der Tastatur oder auf der Maus drückt, hat man sofort wieder >60 FPS. Wenn man dann aber irgendwas am PS4 Controller macht, droppen die FPS sofort wieder auf ca 17 FPS. So leider unspielbar, vor allem, weil es vorher ohne Probleme ging! Der Support schein auch tot zu sein, bisher keinerlei Reaktionen.

Me esta gustando mucho, misiones con muchos objetivos y buena jugabilidad. Lo recomiendo 100%

best intro song. Anyway good game feels like old sega desert strike remake. No questions asked just get the game :).
