Fly, Die, Retry. Don’t be fooled by the game’s crazy title and pretty looks. It’s a challenging 2D arcade game where you play as a mechanical bird traversing a hostile Steampunk world. Prepare to die a lot on barbed wire, spikes, and sawblades. Your only means of survival is your ability to teleport

When I first started, I thought the game was bugged because I couldn't make the bird warp, no matter how much I clicked and dragged the mouse around the screen. I tried finding some sort of options menu for the controls, but there was nothing to let me know what I was doing wrong. I eventually figured it out and it turns on you have to start every warp by clicking and holding on the actual bird. I don't really like the idea that I have to rapidly and continuously move the cursor back to the exact same spot where the bird is every time I want to move him around, especially since the camera is living its own life and the bird doesn't stay in the center, but I suppose the game would be incredibly easy otherwise, since that's the only challenge there is to the game. That's all I can say about the gameplay really, because that's more or less all there is to it. The scenery looked good on the video and I like the way it looks, but once I got ingame it all appeared increadibly low-res. The music is okay, but there doesn't seem to be any overall theme, it's just random tracks playing on each level. Personally, I refunded the game and In the end I think I'll just go back and play a couple of rounds in Super meat boy.

Review based on ~1 hour of gameplay. I just got it, and I'm enjoying this game quite a lot! It has some nice looking, minimalist art style and a catchy swinging soundtrack, which pleases my senses while playing - that's a big plus. It's rarely seen that a small indie studio puts so much attention to the audio of the game. I also like the thematic approach to the visuals - Red (but not only!) gives the game a sense of uniqueness (think Limbo). The idea behind Red Game is simple - you control a teleporting bird that has to reach the end of the level while gathering gears and avoiding traps. Simple, yet not that easy, as you have to click on the bird and drag the mouse to create a path for the bird to teleport. This mechanic made the game much more demanding on the reflex and accuracy side of the player's skillset. Nice! The levels are short and there are no loading screens between restarts. Oh yeah, restarts - apparently dying is a highlighted thing here. The game counts your deaths on each of the levels and believe me you will die a lot (post level 8 or so). All in all it's a great piece of code and I can recommend this game to whoever likes some arcade gaming!
I like it. Not a super deep game, but it's visually and audibly pleasing, and what's more important, makes me wanna get back to it every now and then. It's best suited for short sitings, like during a coffee break at work, when you are witing for program to finish calculating/rendering or simply when you have just few minutes to spare and you wanna do something else than looking at facebook for the n-th time. I'm playing it for over an hour now, and I finished 23 out of 60 levels. The levels get harder and harder, so I guess it will get me entertained for at least few more. The only this that annoys me a little is collision detection. Sometimes the game will break/disable the teleport dashed line just before you release the button. Sometimes, event tho you clearly have the cursor in the right spot, the bird teleports on the wrong side of the obstacle, resulting in an instant death you can't do anything about. Also, to get a star or a power up, you need to literary fly through it with birds whole body or you not gonna get it, but you will die instantly if any of the obstackles/hazards just farts in your general direction... Is it annoying? Yes. Is it actually a problem? Not really. All those things got to me just on rare occasons or on specified levels. It's not as bad as I might have painted it. Most of the time the game is just hard, and you have only yourself to blame. And the main question: is it worth it? I think yes. Especially if you are looing for something cheap, good looking, that you can get in and out fast.

还行吧。 Not Bad
It's a nice little “puzzle” game where you have to help a mechanical bird to fly from one point to another on the level and pick some stuff on the way. The twist is in the unique controls which let you teleport a bird into any empty from obstacles place on the screen by dragging it there with a mouse. However, you can't stop it or directly control flight direction of the bird, so don't leave it alone for too long since it may crash into spiky objects and... break, I guess. It's mechanical, so it can't actually die. The level scrolls on its own too, so if the bird will go off-screen it will “break” too. However, these unique controls are both blessing and woe of this game. They feel out of place since they were developed for a touch-screen in mind and mouse is different. It feels clunky and hard to control. There are only two audio tracks in the game. One in the menu and one on the levels. They ain't bad. The one in the menu is actually a song “Maszynka do Świerkania” by Czesław Śpiewa. Wait a bit in the menu and listen. You may like it. At least I do. Can't say it does or doesn't worth a full price. Clunky controls are quite disappointing. Also, achievement hunters will be annoyed by that “die 5000 times” achievement. Even with 60 level in the game you have to be terribly bad at it to die that often naturally. So, if you want 100% in achievements that might be frustrating. I'd recommend installing some auto-clicker application and start a level with an obstacle which will kill a bird in front of a cage. Then just leave it clicking to make it fly and die repeatedly and go to sleep. BTW, the whole “don't die” mechanic is not for a hard challenge, but only to screw your “flawless” achievement in case you won't figure out how it works. Only death counter on the level counts towards “flawless” playthrough and it's easy to reset it with a “Reset” button in the pause menu. Don't forget to press that button every time you die. I recommend give it a try, but it might be better to pick it up during a sale or in a bundle. It's short and a bit clunky.
This one seems bad. Teleport bird to another place and avoid obstacles. Flappy bird was more fun than that.
Before its time.

it's okay if you already have it, probably wouldn't cost too much to get it through a third party either since it was delisted.
