About

Reconquer Online is an indie MMORPG that prioritizes fun and player freedom rather than grinding. This game introduces fresh mechanics like lever-controlled flame throwers, barricades, damaging fires, player collision, quests with alternative endings, lateral thinking puzzles, and different environmental interactions.
There are currently 13 trainable skills, 11 quests, several bosses and challenges, and a competitive raid with high scores.

Reconquer online has many unique features. These include:
Player-controlled Resources: There is currently a player controlled mine and dock. Monsters sometimes drop "essences" which can be used to guard these resources. Whoever owns the resource has access to the items it generates. Other players can defeat the guardian monsters and claim the resource for themselves.
Barricades and Fires: Barricades can be used to block others while fires can be used to injure them.
Mechanically unique bosses: Fight against bosses that spawn projectiles, drop boulders, switch attack styles, and more.
Endless raids with high scores for those who have advanced the furthest.
In-game macroing to automate the repetitive parts of game play.
A caravan system instead of bank notes for transporting items.
A Tiered PvP System: The PvP damage multiplier starts at 0% and slowly increases as you venture further.
Public Enemies: PvP outside of the wasteland is punished with fidelity loss. Those with negative fidelity are designated "public enemies" and are vulnerable everywhere.
Alternate Endings: Choose a side in certain quests and reap different rewards.

This is a game whose content will continue to grow with the player base.
We believe the game will end up better by slowly introducing higher level content rather than all at once. Our goal is to release a new tier of content (+5 levels) about every three months. In addition, there will be four new biomes. Each biome will have its own major quest-line, raid, and unique items.
Desert (up to level 40 content)
Jungle (Up to level 60)
Arctic (Up to level 80)
Wasteland (Up to level 99)

The long term goal is to monetize solely through memberships. Membership currently gives you the ability to choose a custom name. In the future, membership will also give you access to content above level 20.
3 months - $5
6 months - $10
1 Year - $15
Membership can be purchased in game through Steam.

This game started off ok, you have quests, there are 11 in total now, and you have that old style rpg levelling, but it dosn't last long with just 2 islands it ends up just becoming an ego stat of who gets the highest in attatck, defence, farming etc it dosnt matter how high you get with your attack defence stats when you hit a low lev 3 mob even you will still miss upto 6 times and only do between 1-8 dmg to it. The game gets to the point where it allows you to start an auto macro to hit continuously for 4 hrs before it logs you out to get your stat higher on the 'all time list'. if you remember to come back to the game in time in 4hrs to restart your macro you will eventually mabe get to the highst attack list.. ridiculous. login start a macro come back in 4 hrs , get on the ego top hitters list. rinse repeat, you arnt even in the gameplaying. It dosnt help even if you are there to get on the ego top 10 list as those in the top 10 will start a macro to hit where you are hitting, so there ego score will always be above. Don't waste your time with this nonsense, there are plenty of auto clicker games out there that actually make sense for ego stats. this is rubbish

I want to start this review by addressing that the main complaint of the game(2 hour limit) has been removed. While admittedly the game still has a ways to go fleshing out the content from level 0-99, I have a feeling that things will progress relatively smoothly. While it may not be apparent from the steam news/announcements the game has had constant updates since it's original browser release on May 3rd 2024, with the longest period without an update being about two weeks. I would definitely recommend giving it a shot, after all, for the price of free how can you really complain.
Cool game with a ton of potential! This is an MMO heavily inspired by OSRS so if you're familiar with that grind you will enjoy this! The game has built in Macroing so you can record your actions with a click of a button and play them back so you can grind mostly AFK, overall a fun alpha with tons of potential that shouldn't slip under your radar if you're a fan of OSRS style games!
Constantly attacked by high level players and no area is safe from pvp so it ends up being a fodder simulator
Better than Brighter Shores at least, has real quests and a silly crafting meta
ok
