Real Heroes: Firefighter HD

Just the same as it was when I played it as a kid and just as enjoyable. Sure, it only has 9 missions, but they're a decent length and they're all well done. Of course being an old game, it has all the old bugs and animations, however that's part of the nostalgia. Only complaints I have are the bug where pedestrians will sometimes get stuck in their cars on the bridge level, forcing you to restart, and the fact that it's called "HD" which is big fat false advertising. There is absolutely nothing "HD" about it, as all they did was slap an ugly toon shader on and put comic-style effect popups in the game. The textures are the same as they were on the Wii, but made worse. The characters look terrible like someone traced their lines with a thick permanent marker. The original textures honestly looked way better and I think this game deserves a remaster as opposed to this "HD" crap.

Really dope game. Used to play this on the Wii when I was a kid. Decided to finally replay this classic because of the recent fires up in LA and that really pissed me off. As a child, this game made me feel like a real hero.

When I was a kid, I always played this game on my brother's PC. This is the first game I have ever played in my life. I wish this game would get a sequel or something.

i remember playing this on the wii many years ago and i just had to re-experience this hidden gem of a classic from my childhood again, aside from how hard it is to keep most fires in big rooms under control (if left to burn for too long it is practically impossible to extinguish it) i still had a blast playing the game again, i only wish the OG graphics from the wii edition was an option in the settings or something it did look better in my option, personally i am looking forward to any future games from these publishers and developers, i cannot wait to put out some more fires. ^o^ -JTW

Ein Action-Feuerwehrspiel als Ego-Shooter in Comic-Grafik. Das Spiel ist schon alt und wurde hier schon von anderen Publisher damals veröffentlich. Diese Version hier läuft zumindest und ist auch in deutscher Sprache. Es macht durchaus Spaß, jedoch ist es leider auch recht kurz.

This is one of my most favorite games, This genuinely had a big part in my life as for my decision to become a firefighter.

The game isn't bad, but... Pretty straightforward without any upgrades and the things you find are pretty useless. No point in replaying. This version of the game has the Toons look. Which looks pretty bad and can't be changed. The game is like a cheap version of Ghostbusters. I don't regret buying it, I regret that it's this version and I didn't get it at an even bigger discount.
