RC Flight Simulator 2020 VR

I really wanted this to be good but I can honestly say that it's not there yet. I believe that it can be improved but it is not worth it right now. Main issues are with the controls. There's no way to trim the planes to adjust control or set up any kind of control curves. If there were support for real RC transmitters over usb like other simulators that could be overlooked but as it stands the controls are unrealistic. Other issues are with the physics. The planes just don't seem to fly how you would expect. They seem a little underpowered as well. I can see how this game could still be fun for some but if you're looking for an actual simulator experience you will not find it here.

If you are looking for a VR experience where you want to fly around with RC planes on a freeplay basis, then RC Flight Simulator 2020 VR is definitely something you should consider! Watch gameplay with an overview of most available RC vehicles: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bf3rFMDNG0o After looking at the notoriously negative reviews on this game, I quickly come to the conclusion that hobbyists and enthusiasts of this activity are disappointed with the accuracy of movement capabilities of the particular RC vehicles available in the game. Speaking from my own experience when flying with different vehicles, I honestly didn't notice much of this, except with the helicopters or drones, which I could hardly control well, but the planes, you could have fun with that anyway! Maybe the dynamics & movement possibilities are not completely realistic as it can be in real life with RC planes within this hobby, but it is more than good enough if you just want to fly around with a remote controlled plane. Graphically the game is very nice, the 8 different environments always represent locations from real life and seem like high quality pictures of real places with some effects and filters that make it look less like a 360 degree picture, but well worth it to look at we could only google street view in VR with the illusion that they weren't still photos. Between these 'photos' and you you will also have many objects related to the locations, houses, trees, walls, you name it, these are all things you can use for challenging routes, hopefully without crashing anyway, but Suppose you crash anyway, you will immediately be able to take off again. There is also a very wide range of content in the game, and especially for this price that is certainly a good buy. There are 36 different RC vehicles available that range from a whole host of different types of planes, helicopters and even more! You will have to pick up and operate the remote with a VR controller, if you lose it or throw it away, you immediately have a new one!

Not good. Physics are not realistic at all, planes fly super slow no matter if its a jet or prop plane. Drones feel like you're in space physics wise and it wont allow me to use my usb RC controller. seems like it has many tracking issues as it glitches a fair amount. was hoping for a VR Realflight type sim but i wouldnt even call it a sim currently with how bad the physics are.

If you're thinking you're going to get inside the cockpit and fly around and do stunts, then you'll be sorely disappointed. Also, it's not exactly easy to fly the RC model planes, helicopters, and drones. It does take some patience to even have the planes fly in air for more than 20 seconds. You basically control your model planes with your motion controllers acting as the RC. You have the throttle, pitch, yaw, & roll. New model planes, helicopters, & drones are easy to unlock with just your flight time. You can get bonus flight time by flying to the stars out on the air field. Game looks beautiful and you have different locales such as San Francisco, Osaka, and Sao Paolo. I'm not sure what trick the dev did to make this game look so good, but it does look photo realistic at times. It's running on the Unity Engine. On my 1060 GTX, the game did run at 90 FPS most of the time, but I did experience some drops at times and it was noticeable. My main criticism of this game is that at times I did find the controls to be a little too tricky. It seemed in some locations with some planes that there was maybe a wind pushing the aircraft into a certain direction and it was difficult to move them opposite of that. Also, at a distance, it's just very hard to see your tiny model aircraft so it's difficult to fly them when you don't know which way is up or down, front or back. Also, I do wish you could get inside the cockpit. [b]Rate 7/10. This is the best model flight simulator in VR. However, with Balsa Flight Simulator coming along soon, that probably won't be for very long. I still think this is a good deal at the sale price though. also.... das könnte gut werden, zur zeit ist aber alles andere als realistisch, die flugzeuge sind viel zu langsam, und steuern sich alle gleich! zwischen den drohnen und denn helicoptern spüre ich auch null unterschied, keine unterstüzung für echte rc sender zb spektrum. heutzutage hat jedes 40 euro fluggerät mehrere flugmodi(stunt, save)! gibt es hier alles nicht..... werde es trotzdem behalten und in einem halben jahr wieder reinschnuppern!

I had a blast controlling the different Remote controlled models on offer, the highlight for me was flying a Jumbo Jet. This was a great experience with only a few gripes: It's easy to lose sight of your aircraft, I would suggest to the developers that they add a chase type cam so that you can still see the aircraft to control. The difficulty is really hard so mayby an arcade style mode would be great for noobs like me, and finally I would like to see more realistic backgrounds, like the ones featured in real VR fishing.

Se tem um WMR , nao recomendo. Comprei o jogo e até agora não conseguir jogar, pois os controles não funcionam no WMR
