This could have been an amazing game, but the developer's ego ruined it; Just provide unlimited continues. This way if a player is hardcore; they don't continue and they can get on the leaderboards. If a player just wants to have fun and doesn't care about leaderboards etc, they can continue and enjoy the entire game. (And subsequently buy another game sooner). I don't want to play your game a 1000 times or practise levels to play the whole game... Developer; get over yourself/ your game.
Wonderfully old school and with lovely modern visual sheen. Reminds me of Giga Wing and Ghost Blade. One issue though- all the bullets and collectables can often become an overwhelming mess. I wish the Devs would release a patch to make the collectables and/or the background darker colours or something like that, or just opt out of collectables. However, having only played through the first 2 stages, i can already tell you that this is one shmup which all shmuppers should get. It's gorgeous and exciting, and the bullet visibility is decent.
While this bullet-hell doesn’t last long, its bright and frantic action still leaves an impression. The game strives for an arcade atmosphere right away, with great music and vivid colors. Because story is rarely important in these games, you won't have to worry about it. The same may be said for controls that are straightforward and adhere to the genre's template. You have standard attacks, special attacks, and the ever-dependable bomb. While hitting the main assault button causes the ship to travel faster and fire slower, holding it down causes the ship to slow down but dramatically increases the fire rate. The special attack bar is filled when you fire the main gun. Once full, you can fire a devastating strike that eliminates the majority of enemy bullets. Naturally, there are some bullets that you’ll simply have to dodge. By the way, the bomb destroys everything, so it's best saved for emergency situations. Unlike most bullet-hell games, bullets do not instantly kill you. When you are hit three times, you lose a life. Your main gun, on the other hand, loses power with each hit you take. The game is still hard, but not impossible. The action is chaotic and colorful. Enemies explode in a spectacular spectacle and drop collectibles that add points to your overall score. Even the most powerful foes always drop something useful, such as a bomb, a power-up for your main gun, or health. I like how you never feel beaten because there is always stuff to collect. This is especially noticeable during boss encounters, where highly useful icons appear at regular intervals. There’s only one mode available. Although the game can also be played in co-op, this mode is meant just for a bit of fun because it doesn’t register anything. The main game lets you choose between four characters, but one of them needs to be unlocked first. Characters are fun because each has completely different attacks. Some may find it strange, but the action screen occupies only around one-third of the screen and is located in the center. The left and right sides of the gameplay window are for generic background and stats. This would’ve been a rather ideal way to keep the primary screen clean and free of any distracting features, such as the amount of lives and bombs, but they’re still there. Although you can disable these extra windows in settings, having only the action screen looks boring. Because there are only five stages, you might complete the game in one afternoon. You could attempt to go after achievements, some of which are quite difficult, such as avoiding being hit and destroying every enemy.
Music, Control, and game play is spot dead on. Only complaint is the difficulty, No EASY mode, Just Normal / Hard setting. As you progress further into levels, it gets way way to difficult for average player to get to level 3 with using 1 continue. Other than that its a OK shum-up
hard to pass but fun lol
Um dos melhores shmups que já joguei, muito divertido e frenética gameplay 10/10
Excelente e divertido.
