RAGE 2 brings together two studio powerhouses – Avalanche Studios, masters of open world insanity, and id Software, creators of the first-person shooter – to deliver a carnival of carnage where you can go anywhere, shoot anything, and explode everything.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Cut n' resold content & microtransactions. Mandatory Bethesda.net login. Garbage story w/ quirky millennial writing & unlikable characters. Generic Ubisoft-like open-world filler. CLUNKY gameplay.
terrible game no matter what difficulty you put it in you will slug an armoury of ammunition into enemies and then get slaughtered the second they turn round, Started it in Ultra-Nightmare because I played the 1st game all the Dooms & Wolfensteins in that difficulty the other week this was my final stop in completing the ID Software backlog but I just cannot fathom how this game is in any way shape and or form related to the first game tonally or design wise and has the most piss poor excuse for combat and balancing I have ever seen, even after giving in after around 2 hours and dropping difficulty to Nightmare then Hard and finally Normal and still needing to put ungodly amounts of bullets into even the most basic opponents I have decided I may have been better me leaving this game in 2019 I will not be concluding my play-through and would advise anyone else in a similar situation does the same

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 16: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

You see all these mixed reviews right? But hold on.... because these are the things you should be thinking about when it comes to Rage 2. Do you like explosions? Lots of color? Weaponized vehicles? A wasteland where you can turn enemies on the side of the road into a mushy, bloody mess? High tech weapons? A storyline? (okay maybe we skip the storyline one...) Buggy Racing? Skull smashing? Loot that has strange names? If you answered Yes to any or all of these, I'd say you have a new game to be playing. This game is what you get when Mad Max and Doom come together and Michael Bay is the project lead. Suuure there are some bugs that were definitely not there on the console release of the game, but none of the ones I am experiencing are game breaking. It's Bethesda. I still 100% recommend it as a stress reliever lol Maybe get it on sale? Probably a good idea. But get the deluxe
its basically borderlands but better. fewer guns though
The game is pretty good and better than the reviews would suggest. It's a little weak at first and lacks depth when you start the game but there is lots to do and it offers plenty of freedom. I enjoyed the first Rage and I'm enjoying this too.
It's more bad than good.
It's sort of a mess, if we're being honest here. Thankfully, I got this on a pretty sweet deal, but given the choice, I wouldn't buy it again. - RAGE 2 seems to be the part of the age when developers started making FPS's overly complicated. There's a bunch of unnecessary moves your player has to do, like dashing and thrust punching. Sorry, but this kind of junk doesn't really belong here. It should be just move, aim, shoot, jump, reload, and maybe a grenade or special weapon button. - There are too many menus and submenus. We're not working for NASA here, we're playing a video game. The only menu I should have to deal with in a FPS is the normal "save, settings, quit" type. Developers, quit trying to simulate some futuristic operating system in the game. It's just annoying players. - It might be my imagination, but I'm seeing the same female punk model as like 90% of the enemies. I could be wrong.... maybe.... - The landscape doesn't allow players to get back to the road easily. My character got knocked off of a bridge (without my vehicle) into a valley and I felt like I had to backtrack MILES on foot, just to find an incline to take me back to where I was. - Story, weapons, and characters seem kind of "tacked on". They're not particularly thrilling or interesting.
Awesome
