To be clear, this appears to be a proof of concept, it's not really a full game. But as a proof of concept, it does get one thing right: It's fun. For what it is, I think it's onto something. I enjoyed it and hope the developers keep exploring the idea :D

Okay, this is free. That being said, it is way too linear and way too random. If you survive you survive if not, too bad...This is not so much a game as a predetermined demo. There is not enough choices, options, paths, or any other game dynamic to make this fun. Why is this so linear? This is listed as a dungeon crawler but it's basically a one way street to death. Looks pretty, but not much else going on....
Sıra tabanlı savaşa benzeyen bu Idle tarzı keşif oyununda, Ölen Dünyanın karanlıklarına dalın.
"Quest Of Peril" is a woefully poor 2D retro pixel ripoff of games like Hack/Rogue from the 1980s, only shallower and less interesting. The game doesn't feel fleshed out or fully completed, either... it's just worse than the original Rogue game despite being released in 2024... yeah, the same year as games like Black Myth Wukong and Helldivers 2. And this, apparently. Well, something has to bring the average down. This features really godawful pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks much worse than most other games because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded despite the bad graphics, not because of them. The developer chose not to do the job of a real game developer and create meaningful bespoke levels, narrative based gameplay progression and so on. Instead, they decided that "Procgen IS content!" and lazily tried to use procgen algorithms to create infinite, samey, repetitive, soulless levels, because that's a lot less work. As a result of this poor decision, the game gets tired and repetitive almost immediately. Developers must learn that procgen is a terrible substitute for creating real content. It should not be used as "ez-mode" for content creation, as the developer tried to do here. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 5 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough.
This game is SUPER FUN! Sadly as others have mentioned it's a proof of concept right now. This could be so cool if it was a roguelike. If I die my health stays at 160 when I leveled up to it instead of reseting to 100 ETC. If it had actual roguelike elements I wouldn't ever put it down!

Como referem a ideia está lá como conceito mas o jogo está muito cru ainda, Game is nice, good concept but needs to be refined and invest much more time in it. Besides that, its nice
