Any letters that aren’t in the word are removed from the equation, ruling them out for further guesses; any letters that are in the word but in the wrong position turn yellow; and any letters in the word in the correct position turn green. If you successfully guess the word within six tries, you are awarded a picture which is placed in the gallery. There are one hundred and twenty-five pictures to collect, along with twenty-one achievements, and a word of the day section. The only slight drawback is that revealing letters in the word, uncovers part of the picture, and this can sometimes clash with the letters, obscuring them slightly. The pictures are interesting and look like high-res images of various animals and landscapes. I think the achievements will keep me coming back for more, with some that may take many hours to achieve, and some which might be tricky as they rely on a good run of consecutive wins. There is a big, bold, virtual keyboard that is easy to use and even highlights green and yellow letters, which makes it easy to keep track of which letters have been used to aid you in your guesses. There are a variety of different moods from relaxed tunes to jaunty and upbeat numbers, or you could just mute the sound and play your own songs. "pWordle" is a word puzzle game. The gameplay consists of 6 attempts at 5 letter words in which you are trying to figure out which word corresponds to the letters you found from previous guesses. When you take a guess (the word must exist), you are shown if any of the letters exist in the word you are looking for. There are 2 different colors for the letters indicating whether that letter is at the correct position within the word or no. If a letter within the word is right, it reveals a part of the background image. The interactive gallery and the jukebox (customizable music) are nice! The images are pretty to look at and the quality is fine. I encountered no lag or delay in the levels or modes. It's perfect to pass your time in a sexy, relaxed, entertaining and informative way (learn new words through the puzzles). The function to view your statistics along with the global ones, is a convenient way to see how much you are improving over time. It is available in many languages! Addictive game with beautiful pictures to unlock

Nice little word game. Nothing crazy, but it's inexpensive and fun! If you like word puzzle game, you will like this.

By far the ugliest game I've ever played. Awful, blurry font. Outdated, inconsistent, and janky UI. The game is just difficult to read and focus on while playing. And best for last, all the images are terrible, ugly, AI generated photos. This very much feels like a kid's or student's first game, in which case sure, that's great. But it shouldn't be on Steam and it shouldn't be something that you need to purchase, let alone have DLC (which is of course just more awful, AI generated images).

Sehr gutes Wort-Kniffel, ähnlich dem Brettspiel "Mastermind", nur halt eben mit Buchstaben, statt mit Farben. Ich persönlich empfehle es klar weter. Macht sehr viel Spaß.

It's a great time killer on short breaks. Got a lot more challenging than I expected. If you enjoy word puzzles, well worth checking out! It has some nice visuals but this is a lowend friendly game, had it on my laptop with integrated graphics with no issues whatsoever as well as the steam deck to test.
