Only for Walking Sim Fans!! A game from the God of Walking Sims (Tonguc)! Nice story. So Beautiful!!! Bought this with -75%!!!! If u like WalkSims? This is MUST!
Genre
Ein kurzes First Person Story Driven Adventure
Story

Follow Main group
 Follow Second group
 Follow third group
its a short but stunning walking simulator. Beautiful environments, calming music, and reflective narration make it perfect for a contemplative hour, if you love atmospheric stories and exploring gorgeous scenery like me then this is absolutely worth giving a try!
Such a nice game to relax to on a Sunday. A good one like the others.
Petit jeu onirique, sympa. Je recommande
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3225706925 Beautiful visuals and music, I personally didn't like the story and the voice acting that in my opinion was emotionless. I'm just happy with exploring, finding notes and no voice acting at all. I'm sorry for saying this, but the voice put me off and I'm honestly not putting a thumb down by respect for Tonguç Bodur's work.
I really enjoy walking simulators, and this one was a really nice experience. The visuals are beautiful, the music fits perfectly, and the atmosphere is exactly what I look for in games like this .. calm, emotional, and reflective. My only issue was with the voice acting, it felt a little flat at times, but honestly, everything else more than makes up for it.
Purpose 1951 is a story-focused exploration game developed and published by Tonguç Bodur that builds its experience around atmosphere, introspection, and emotional storytelling rather than conventional gameplay systems. Set during the early 1950s in America, the game presents a deeply personal journey centered on a retired doctor whose life has reached a painful crossroads. Instead of relying on combat encounters, difficult mechanics, or fast-paced action, Purpose 1951 delivers a slower and more reflective experience that emphasizes narrative immersion and environmental exploration. The foundation of the game revolves around personal struggle and emotional recovery. Players step into the role of a man dealing with the consequences of hardship and disappointment while navigating both physical environments and internal conflict. The narrative focuses heavily on themes of loss, regret, purpose, and rediscovery, creating an experience that feels designed to encourage contemplation rather than adrenaline-driven excitement. Purpose 1951 follows the structure of a walking simulator, a genre that places storytelling and atmosphere above mechanical complexity. Progression occurs primarily through movement, observation, and listening to narration that gradually reveals information about the protagonist and the world surrounding him. Rather than presenting objectives through traditional mission structures, the game allows players to absorb details naturally through exploration and environmental storytelling. One of the strongest aspects of the experience comes from how effectively atmosphere supports narrative progression. Tonguç Bodur has built a reputation for creating exploration-focused projects with strong environmental identity, and Purpose 1951 continues that approach successfully. Locations are carefully constructed to reinforce mood and emotional tone. Quiet surroundings and deliberate pacing create an atmosphere that encourages players to slow down and engage with the story thoughtfully. The setting itself contributes heavily to immersion. The 1950s backdrop creates a distinctive identity that separates Purpose 1951 from more contemporary narrative experiences. Environmental details help establish both time period and emotional context without constantly relying on exposition. The result feels less like moving through traditional game levels and more like stepping into a reflective personal story. Visual presentation plays an important role throughout progression. The environments emphasize atmosphere over visual spectacle, supporting the emotional focus rather than competing against it. Lighting, scenery, and environmental composition work together to create moments that feel contemplative and personal. The slower pacing allows players time to appreciate those details while reinforcing the game's reflective tone. Narration serves as another major strength. Much of the emotional connection depends on how effectively the protagonist's internal struggles are communicated. Purpose 1951 places considerable emphasis on personal reflection and storytelling delivery, helping players gradually understand both the character's situation and the emotional weight behind his journey. The soundtrack also deserves recognition for strengthening immersion. Music remains understated but effective, supporting quieter moments without overwhelming them. Emotional storytelling often depends heavily on presentation balance, and the audio design contributes meaningfully toward maintaining atmosphere throughout progression. The game's slower structure naturally makes it more specialized than traditional adventure titles. Players seeking combat systems, deep puzzles, or mechanically demanding gameplay may find the experience limited. Purpose 1951 intentionally prioritizes storytelling above interactive complexity, which means enjoyment depends heavily on a player's interest in narrative-driven exploration. The pacing also demands patience. Progress unfolds gradually rather than delivering constant excitement or rapid progression. Some players may appreciate this deliberate approach while others may prefer experiences with greater mechanical variety. However, players who enjoy narrative exploration games will likely find value in the design philosophy. Purpose 1951 understands the type of experience it wants to deliver and remains focused on supporting emotional storytelling rather than expanding into unnecessary systems. There is a sincerity to the experience that strengthens its appeal. The game does not attempt to overwhelm players with scale or complexity. Instead, it focuses entirely on atmosphere, emotional themes, and personal storytelling. That restraint helps create a more intimate experience that feels consistent from beginning to end. Tonguç Bodur delivers another exploration-focused project built around mood and introspection. Purpose 1951 succeeds by creating a reflective experience that values emotional connection over spectacle while offering players a quiet journey through hardship, memory, and personal purpose. Players who appreciate walking simulators, narrative-driven adventures, and slower experiences centered around atmosphere and emotional storytelling will likely discover meaningful moments within Purpose 1951. It may not appeal to everyone, but for those willing to embrace its deliberate pace and introspective design, it offers an experience built around thoughtful storytelling and personal reflection.
