It's not like it's bad, I just don't feel like there's enough meat on this bone to justify a thumbs up. Sure, there's plenty of puzzles, but you can tell they were not designed by hand -- the puzzles in a set increase in size, but are all over the place in terms of difficulty. And if they're generated programmatically, why not just give the player an infinite amount of them?
If you already know about logic gates, the many beginner levels are going to feel trivial and tedious. If you submit a solution and it had a mistake in it, you have to do the entire thing from scratch again, even if the mistake was trivial to fix. There's no music whatsoever and no aesthetics to speak of. Sure, I get it, the game's called "Pure Logic", but I won't accept that excuse -- I often felt that what's being tested is my memory, not my logical thinking, since you're expected to keep many things in mind at the same time to find contradictions. Or just bruteforce through trial-and-error. If the game had a drawing mechanic, the puzzles would be trivial.
It's good mental exercise, but I can't recommend it at its full price. TIS-100 costs exactly as much, and that has you design your own friggin' logic gates.
