Punk Juice

This game is like if Night in the Woods and Urbz: Sims in the City (for Gameboy Advance) had a crusty sarcastic baby. If that sentence somehow means something to you too, you should definitely pick this game up! Its fun, its funny, and it scratches that narrative-based sim-like itch we've all been trying to reach. nuff said! actually one more thing: the art and audio is kick-ass too!!

Why isn't there more to this? Genuinely my only big problem with the game is that it's way to short. I'm begging the developers to add more content, make a second game, or something.

I don't usually leave reviews but this game was so fun. It's a fun mash of rhythm games like guitar hero, dating sims, dress up mechanics and slice of life sims. I loved the unique blend of styles and the storyline kept me hooked from start to finish. That being said, I agree with many other players who feel the game is too short. At around 3 hours of gameplay for $14.99, it left me wanting a lot more. This game has so much potential, and I truly hope the developers continue to expand on it. Even small tweaks could make a big difference, for example letting your performance in songs affect the gameplay or dialogue with your bandmates, or making choices like grabbing coffee or eating at a food truck affect your stats or gigs. Currently dialogue feels a bit repetitive and the money system doesn't serve much purpose beyond cosmetics. Working at a tattoo shop but not being able to get a tattoo was sad too :( Despite all that, I really enjoyed every minute I spent playing Punk Juice!! Its stylish, fun, and full of personality. I just wish there were more of it. Since it's still fairly new, Im optimistic the creators have big plans for future updates or content, and I'd happily come back for more!!!

So far, really hilarious and cute. Love the character customization. The romanceable characters I've met so far are adorable. The humor is fun. Looking forward to playing more.

Forget dating sims, Punk Juice gives you the real experience of joining a punk rock band. Complete with band room drama, awkward social obligations, and petty intra-band grievances. Funny, cute and sweet. The texts from mom had me cracking up. Down with the Cloudy Kings, Punk Juice forever!

I love this game!!! Super fun mini games, cute af art, wonderful stories, hilarious jokes, rippin' soundtrack, this game has it all! Buy it! And while you're at it check out the band behind the game, Lemon Boy, they rule!

Such a fun and addictive game! Like Animal Crossings cool older sister, you can date, thrift, work at a cafe, and jam out! I've been waiting a couple years for this game and following their updates at MAGfest, and can say for sure even the demo has immense replayability. The full game has a couple minor bugs in dialogue and mini games, but nothing game breaking or bothersome!! Hoping this game stays as full and engaging for a full playthrough! Update: i actually beat the game about an hour making after this post! Definitely expected a longer runtime, although not necessarily more content but maybe a longer timeline. Doing more gigs at the same venue, more thrift store furniture to collect, and a few more fetch quests or dialogues in the neighborhood would be awesome.

This game is amazing! I had such a good time playing it! My only complaint is that it isn't longer! I was soooo sad when the credits ran! Had to immediately start a new save and play again! 10/10!
