Trash controls, bindings don't quite work. Also who puts movement on WASD, attacks on JIKL and camera movement on arrow keys? And abilities on 1234? I'm not an octopus. When the combat works, it's fun, but it's simply not worth it. Also you can't access any menus unless you quit the tutorial, which is how to rebind the controls. Controller support is not native, nor does it try to give you any prompts. Yes, it works, but you have to quit the entire tutorial to do so, and as far as I can tell, you can't continue the tutorial once you end it.
I've played this game ever since it's launch in Global, had a blast with it until Selena: Capriccio release event so not a very long play time but then again PGR wasn't my first gacha at that time and I was already getting slowly burned out with what I thought at that time playing Gacha games but in truth... I was just getting tired of playing video games. Sigh... Anyway, I've played few gacha games before PGR, Azur Lane (meh), Fate Grand Order, Girls Frontline, Girls Frontline II, Arknights, Arknights Endfield, Reverse 1999 and so on, I am no longer playing them unfortunately... but if I was to choose one to come back into it would definitely be PGR. PGR offers the best story I've ever seen in Gacha Games and one of the best in general! If that wasn't enough the visuals (RIP my iPhone 13...) are absolutely stunning for something that was supposed to be a Mobile Game. But besides Amazing Story and Beautiful Arts there's something PGR stands out the most among gacha games... ...the Challenge.. PGR is like Dark Souls of Mobile Games, it's a malding simulator and really great one at that! And it's not like the KURO is responsible for that, YOU are :D While this is not the case when progressing the Main Story (although that doesn't mean it's a walk in the park), you can fight various types of bosses where you can adjust the difficulty of the stage for your own liking... or malding. You can increase the amount of damage the boss deals, his HP, your HP, your damage output, skills, ultimates and so on, many settings in such special stages can be set up, if not for the additional rewards... then for turning yourself BALD :D 10/10. P.S. You might ask why I'm not going back? Well the answer is simple, even if I've somehow recovered my spirit to play video games like I did back in the day, the PGR progressed so much in the story since the last time I've played that I would feel like this was my first time playing it, same thing happened to me when I tried playing GFL1 and og Arknights after just a year of not playing them... sigh.
