About
Fight for freedom of people in this dictature simulation!
Use different skills to make the revolt gauge grow!
Don't get caught by submitting yourself to guards' abuse of authority!
Images are the best propaganda. Paint graffitis on walls, make them bigger to gain more revolt points.

The icons of the dictature keeps it in position of power. Use a hammer to break them and help people rise.

Humour is devastating against oppression. Stick April fool on the back of the guards to make them look ridiculous.

Abuse of authority, stupid orders, surveillance, are all dictature weapons to submit people. Be careful to stay discreet in order to prevent you from jail.

Казалось бы примитивная стелс игра, а вроде и со смыслом

This thumbs down is based strictly on technical issues. First of all: there is horrific screen tearing. Secondly: opening the menu froze the game, forcing me to alt-tab and manually close the game. I gave it another shot, telling myself "o.k. then, just do it in one go, and don't open the menu". And then I got caught by a guard... which opens a menu... which froze the game again. The only way I'm going to finish the game is to do it in one perfect run, and I'm just not willing to put myself through that. I'm almost willing to bet that beating the game will open a menu or the credits, and it will freeze again. The gameplay itself seems o.k., nothing bad nothing great. It's a fairly simple stealth/sort-of-mayhem game. As far as I know, the game is fairly short, so if it looks fun to you, give it a go... but I sure hope you can actually play the game if you do.
Overview:
'Public Enemy: Revolution Simulator' is a first person stealth game focused around a rebellion towards an overly totalitarian government. The objective of the game is to discreetly manoeuvre around heavily guarded areas and perform rebellious acts without getting caught. In order to fully overthrow the corrupt government, the player must vandalize enough government property to once and for all end all the corruption. It's a pretty fun stealth game and it incorporates different mechanics in the game that when put together is pretty decent. There are a few finicky bits but as a whole, 'Public Enemy: Revolution Simulator' is a fun little title and can be finished very quickly. It only really took me 10 minutes to beat it but if you suck a sneaking, then it'll probably take longer.
Gameplay:
Now getting down to the gameplay aspects, 'Public Enemy: Revolution Simulator' isn't your typical stealth game where you perform specific tasks while hiding in the shadows. It's actually more complicated than that. There are different ways to vandalize such as breaking monuments, spray painting walls and even sticking notes on the back of guards. The goal is to fill the bar on the left hand side so the blue overlaps the red and only then will the government finally fall. While you're doing your sneaky rebellious acts, there are numerous color coded guards roaming the area with a spotlight perimeter. Each guard requires the player to act in a specific way ranging from crouching, looking down and walking backwards. If you don't oblige to these rules, you'll raise a warning meter that if filled, will jail the player resulting in a game over. Now if all that information sounds like a lot, it actually kind of is. If you're not good at keeping track of what to do depending on which guard is watching you, then you can easily find yourself in trouble. There are plenty of places to vandalize and just as many places to run and hide but the game doesn't do too much to make the game super easy nor super hard. At first it's easy to vandalize and get away with it but the more property you destroy, the more guards start roaming the area. This is when the game starts to get hard because there's almost a guard around every corner which makes performing your tasks a lot harder. Despite this, there's still a good balance in the increasing difficulty and with enough patience and effort, beating the game is very possible.
Controls:
The game controls fine enough and the mechanics in the game function normal and without any hitches. However, there aren't any control options but there is a tutorial that tells you how to play the game. There are also wooden boards during gameplay with additional information as to how to play which I guess works.
Graphics:
It adopts a cubic visual style with almost everything taking shape in block like forms. It's not terrible but most of the game takes place in what looks like a desert. Everything is just brown and the shade of sand giving the world a very bland appeal to it. The graffiti looks pretty neat however and adds some color to the game but aside from that the game really doesn't look like anything special. It also plays at a locked 60-62 frames which can set some people off but it doesn't do anything to harm the overall gameplay.
Audio:
Zero music but tons of sound effects. A lot of the sounds in the game are actually vocalized which is neat and all the other sounds are unique and don't seem to be things I've heard elsewhere. The background ambience of chitter chatter suits the environment well enough as there's a lot of people walking around along with you. Despite all this though the game still feels very quiet all things considered.
Conclusion/TL;DR:
'Public Enemy: Revolution Simulator' is a first person stealth game revolving around performing rebellious tasks in order to overthrow a government whilst avoiding a variety of patrolling guards. It's a pretty solid stealth game with increasing difficulty the more property you vandalize and can prove to be fairly challenging near the evident revolution as there are more guards roaming the map. I personally enjoyed it but also achieved total revolution is just 10 minutes. It can be a short game but only if you're good enough to avoid getting caught. Overall a decent stealth title albeit a relatively small one.
