About
PT Boats is dedicated to a small group of little known but perhaps some of the most daring naval combatants of World War II: the torpedo boat crews. These ships are small, fast and agile, and extremely dangerous due to the on-board torpedo launchers. But they are also the most vulnerable of all military vessels. More than once in the history of WWII, a handful of those little deadly boats helped decide the course of an entire battle and executed seemingly impossible missions.
They were called the "mosquito fleet" because of their unique combat tactics. Using speed and agility, dodging enemy fire, PT boats approached seemingly giant enemy ships in a fight of David against Goliath, stung them with well aimed torpedo volleys - and immediately withdrew!
The casualties were immense, but the results often worth these lives and sacrifices. These small heroes of the great war made an unforgettable contribution to the Allied victory.

This is terrible!
Really unplayable, campaign is really bad and UI was designed by someone who clearly was having a stroke at the time. Really poor for a game even from 2009, Such a shame as it clearly at one time had a lot of potential. Bought it on sale for 99p. Would not reccomend buying this for more than £1/1$/1€.
A very good game! For $7.00 Crazy man!

Do not buy this game it is no fun to play. There is no manual available and I understand that the manual when it was available was a large one. The in game tutorial is useless as it can no be paused to allow u to recap on the instructions given. The instructions given are really poor to It a shame that the whole thing has been made over complicated and no fun to play
An interesting game. You can control e-boats and their guns and give orders to larger ships. It's an interesting idea and with a few changes it might have been a lot more successful. The missions are interesting, but it is a bit tiring if you only switch sides of the campaign and actually play the same mission, only you are the opponent trying the opposite: For example: as Germany: defend the battle group against enemy PT boats , as a Britain: spot all enemy ships and try not to be sunk (or something like that). I find the game principle not bad, since I have already played Battlestaion Pacific, which is a similar Idea between "simulation" where you control individual units and command many units on 2d map. However, the 2d card in Battlestation Pacific was graphically better. I especially like the mission editor, which is installed by two patches from the developer side. It offers a few interesting features. Couldn't you have built a mission to defend yourself against German saucers? Unfortunately I have to create it myself now. But why didn't you take this chance, it would have been very interesting and you have these units in the editor :)

It is a fun game if it works as it does for me and runs normal but it is pretty old. Perhaps someone should create a new PT boat in Vietnam.
it takes a while but when you get the hang of it is a lot of fun.
