Issues with customer service I enjoyed playing this game until one day. It stopped loading. I tried several troubleshooting methods and nothing worked. Since I cannot leave the game, I can’t contact customer service through the app. I reached out to them via a different method explaining that I can’t open the application. I received a confirmation that they received my message, but said I needed to contact customer service through the app. If I could get the game to open, I could do that, but since I can’t, that is not an option. Which should be obvious to them since that is the first thing I said in my message. Very disappointing because they make it so difficult to get any kind of assistance.

Bugs There way too many bugs, and the first house I can’t even get a painting or light or side table Everytime I click it doesn’t do anything

🎀 Let me tell you about this game, NO ADDS!! There are puzzles that you have to solve just like candy crush when you run out of coins, you don’t have to pay in real life for like monthly or yearly payment NONE, it’s really fun and satisfying you should get it! But if you get impatient a lot than you might crash out a few times😬 it just loads a lot for everything but anyways, you should get it

okay i like it but there’s SOOO many adds. i can’t play in peace without paying for ANY game passes, its annoying

Won’t load I’ve played this game for years, and suddenly it’s been glitching and now the game won’t even load in for me, I get stuck at the load in screen and I can’t get in and I’ve deleted and reinstalled
