Fix the glitches! Anyone else can’t get the game to open? It crashed after I made a purchase yesterday and I haven’t been able to get past the opening screen since!

Whoever Created the Newest Update Needs to be Fired! For a month the client portal simply says, “Coming soon.” but nothing ever comes. The Toyota ad doesn’t have a button to close the window so you have to close the app. When you open it again there’s the same ad so you’re just going in circles. There’s another Spanish ad that creates a black screen when you try and close the window. When you close the app and reopen it, there’s the same ad and black screen. Apparently, no one of any real power is overseeing the app.

DONT GET.. Honestly, I don’t like how you have to play these games to be able to.. Play, I think you should just be able to play. Period. So if you don’t want distractions and also not to mention adds, I would not recommend this

Support does not help Game keeps freezing and not loading complete which causes you to loose the puzzle. I’ve reported to support multiple times and still no help

So disappointed I have played this game for years. I loved it until last week. This update is horrific. The look and the game is completely different and it constantly freezes.
