Card game is just a distraction and optional in this adult visual novel. Although the game uses a custom engine, you can expect the usual features found in visual novels. For instance, you can save at any time and skip text right from the start. Of course, this isn’t recommended because you’ll miss all of the story. And visual novels are all about story. You play Nei, a young wizard looking to enroll in an academy. She is also rather promiscuous and will do anything for a few coins. However, after embarking on a voyage across the oceans with her new buddy and tutor, they arrive in a new land. There, she finds that demons are attempting to take over the city, and she is swiftly invited to join a group tasked with resolving the issue. Progress is typical for a visual novel. While the story is rather straightforward, you are given different options at various times. This means you will either follow the standard path or explore additional scenes. You can also increase your standing with six of your friends. However, while some options are obvious with the girl’s name, others are not, so you never know which romance you are going for. One unique part are card battles. If you do not want to play, you can skip them; the tale will not suffer as a result. It is merely a minor side-activity to liven up the gameplay. The card fight is simple: just click on cards to attack, protect, or do something else. The action is written on cards so you understand what you are doing. New cards are obtained during the story and sex scenes, but the whole experience is not that that exciting. A sex scene is a single image with no animation. Art is a bit mixed. The characters are original and drawn, while the backdrops are photographs of realistic oriental settings. Some also appear AI-generated, but since they were taken from a royalty-free site, there’s no way of telling.

I'm giving this game a thumbs up because it's trying to do something original, and it's a departure from the norm in terms of character design and plot. However. This game didn't get the memo that VNs aren't very interesting or fun to play without something else going on. The art is ok, but the h-scenes are super short and uninspired, and some h-scenes are implied/described but not shown at all. There's also a ton of dialogue and an original but sadly uninteresting story to slog through. The main non-VN mechanic is a forgettable card battler that you can just choose to skip (thankfully). There are very few mechanics for the h-scenes, always a missed opportunity. The character designs are initially pretty good, but the effect is ruined when the characters all put on uniforms. Ultimately this is just a long boring mediocre porn slide show more or less on rails, the h-scenes are underdeveloped and the rest is pretty uninteresting. If you put it on skip it might be worth your time if you got it on sale.

On the technical side, audio cannot be fully muted even at the lowest setting, which may be frustrating for players who prefer silence or external audio. There are positives as well: battles can be skipped, which is a welcome accessibility feature, and the character artwork is generally strong. Overall, the game may appeal to players who enjoy the broader range of content it includes, but the store description should be clearer about what you can expect. Не зашло как-то то. Основная проблема, для меня, в том, что текст милипиздpичecкий в оконном режиме, плюс окно с самим текстом шатается если мышка рядом. Тупо физически неприятно читать всю эту муть с демонами, аниме и члeнoдeвкaми. Пытался, честно, но в какой-то момент начал скипать, тк глаза дороже. Бои... ну, они скучные и не влияют на прогресс, тип если мы всосём (а это почти невозможно, чтоб пpoeбaть нужно прям специально скипать ходы и принести жертву богу рандома, чтоб противник бил нас, а не ставил блок...), то просто получаем экран загрузки, если победим, то продолжим, можно просто скипать бои (благо опция такая есть) и ничего не потеряем, а дpoчитьcя в пошаговой xepнe в внке, ну такое. Сценки на любителя, галерея есть, даже две, одна собственно для самих сценок, другая для персонажей (и вот её реализация прям пакость, фу). Менюшки неудобные, звук полностью не отключается, только через микшер. Самого текста, прям дoxyищщe, но опять-таки, читать неприятно, на полном экране еще терпимо, но я внки поглощаю в окне, а тут жижица. Если, вдруг, решитесь пощупать, лучше по скидочке.
