Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Professional Farmer 2014, developed by PlayWay S.A. and published by United Independent Entertainment, is a farming simulation that embraces the everyday challenges of running an agricultural business. Released during the early rise of farming simulators on PC, the game sets out to offer more than simply operating tractors. It presents players with the opportunity to manage land, raise livestock, cultivate crops, and gradually transform a modest farm into a thriving enterprise. While it lacks the production values of modern entries in the genre, its dedication to recreating the responsibilities of farming gives it a distinctive identity. One of the game's most notable features is its emphasis on long-term planning. Players must consider changing seasons, select which crops to grow, and decide when to invest in additional equipment or expand their property. The inclusion of a seasonal cycle adds a welcome layer of strategy, as timing can significantly affect productivity and profits. Combined with crop rotation mechanics and various farming activities, Professional Farmer 2014 succeeds in making players feel responsible for every aspect of their operation. The sense of progression remains rewarding, especially when looking back at a once-empty farm that has become a bustling center of activity after several in-game years. The title offers a broad range of machinery and farming tasks. From plowing fields and sowing seeds to harvesting crops and transporting goods, there is always something to do. Campaign missions provide structured objectives for players seeking direction, while a sandbox option allows complete freedom to experiment without restrictions. This flexibility makes the game approachable for both players who enjoy goal-oriented gameplay and those who simply want to relax and immerse themselves in rural life. Additional downloadable content, including historical farming equipment and new environments, further extends the experience for enthusiasts who want more variety. Despite its ambitious scope, Professional Farmer 2014 struggles in several areas. The visuals were already modest at launch and now appear noticeably dated. Environmental details are sparse, character models are simplistic, and animations often lack fluidity. Controls can occasionally feel awkward, particularly when handling larger machinery, and the interface sometimes makes simple management tasks more complicated than they should be. Technical hiccups and occasional bugs also detract from the overall experience, reminding players that this was an early attempt to deliver a comprehensive farming simulator rather than a genre-defining masterpiece. Even with these shortcomings, there is an undeniable charm to the game. It captures the satisfaction of building something from the ground up and rewards patience more than quick reflexes. Players willing to overlook its rough presentation will discover a simulation with genuine depth and an appreciation for the slower pace of agricultural life. Professional Farmer 2014 may not compete with today's polished farming titles, but it still serves as an interesting snapshot of the genre's evolution and demonstrates the ambitions developers had during its formative years. In the end, Professional Farmer 2014 is a respectable farming simulation that prioritizes management and progression over spectacle. Its seasonal mechanics, extensive farming activities, and sense of ownership help it stand out despite its age. Although its dated visuals and mechanical limitations prevent it from reaching greater heights, it remains an enjoyable experience for dedicated simulation fans interested in cultivating their own virtual countryside.
