Sorry. i want to love it. the game has a lot of potentional but the devs didn't bother. im playing this with my Valve index and my friend plays with a Rift S. we both had a horrible experience with the way the controllers are configured. they couldnt have made it more confusing. even the most basic things like hand offset are off. this game was made for the HTC vive. yes litteraly only the HTC vive (a headset from 2016) it lacks basic functions for every other headset. this is a badly made DLC for elven assasin, not a €13 game.
Grafik okay, aber sonst? Schon 300 Mal gesehen. Fazit: Grafisch ok, spielerisch schnell ausgelutscht. Kein Wiederspielwert, keine Langzeitmotivation. Höchstens mal im Sale mitnehmen – zum Vollpreis: Nein, danke https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AQn1sAS6UmM&t 👑 Powered by HoI 4 Deu Curators group in German / English 👑⠀⠀⠀

Follow Main group
 Follow Second group
 Follow Third group
and discover more reviews from me.
This game is really fun but has very little content at the moment. Only 4 maps and the only items you can buy are purely cosmetic (also, they are insanely expensive, you will probably get bored before being able to buy a single one). I really hope they gonna add more content and more replayability.
Fun for a bit, but there's no progression, and it quickly gets boring fighting the same enemies in very slightly larger groups for level after level. The only upgrades are clothing, which of course you can't really see on yourself anyway, and take an absurd amount of time to unlock. The only "boss" creature seems to be the one giant. There's nothing comparable to the dragon or dragonlings in Elven Assassin. It would have been nice if they'd at least had an escort mission similar to those that were added later to Elven Assassin. All of the weapons are unlocked from the beginning, but the only reason to use anything besides the lever-action rifle is for novelty. The pistols are so inaccurate, they are only useful at point-blank range. The shotgun is only useful for the giants, which are rare. Somehow the bow is the worst implemented weapon in the game, even though they already made a whole game with a perfectly implemented bow. Movement is a downgrade from EA as well. In EA, you shoot an arrow at the teleport point you want to move to. In PP, you point to move there. That should make it easier, the problem is your "pointing hand" is usually going to be on the fore grip of your gun. When you press the button to activate the teleport beam, it ends up pointed in a direction you don't expect. Given that teleporting quickly is needed to avoid thrown bombs, it's very frustrating. At a high level, the game is very similar to Elven Assassin, but runs out of steam much more quickly. The fundamental mechanics are there, I think with some additional tweaks to add progression and variety it could be a lot of fun. The rifle and shotgun are fun to use once you get the hang of them, and the environments are interesting looking.
avoid at all costs . Game is teleport only and does not support oculus controllers even though states does. Asked for refund refused.
I am writing this review after playing a couple hours just after release. It's a good game. Guns and Cowboys are much much cooler than elves and arrows. You get at least 4 guns right from the start and there is a 50 caliber gatling cannon you can use also. There are only 4 levels.... but they are good... The one thing I don't like it the economy....the prices of the unlocks are stupid high with the minuscule amount of $$ you get from playing. The grind would be just ridiculous. Just ridiculous.... Hopefully that will change before long. I like it and I am happy with the purchase.
why this game so bad? do developers play their own game? competing with each other? trying different options? weapons? positions? after so many years with elven assassin. - zomby too fast from begin...why orcs so slow? - weapons all bad: 1 bow is the worst (can't hit any one) arrow fly like a 2m and down 2 granade bad aim (random) can't hit what i whant. and low dmg to big one 3 shotgun bad aim and reload (random hits) 4 sniper not bad for aim....but why so hard to reload? rigth hand after shot, left hand after 5 shot. -_- 5 pistols just broken (no need reload) like a machine gun. 15 wave in solo and 100%...booring - money....for what? (no new weapons or upgrade) - points...for what? (no levels or spells) - maps (only 4, but okey) finally, you can select a large number of positions. but why do you need to constantly change them? there are too many paths with fast enemies. also sometimes the center of your room is not the center of your shooting position. The game definitely needs different modes: at least differing in speed, number of enemies and directions of their movement. there is also a mode without reloading with your hands. (like pistols for example)
I like it and i guess many people have also waited for a Elven Assassins but with guns! The weapon handling of the 19th century (?) inspired guns is fun. The idea of wild west, old weapons and zombies works really well. In my opinion it is ok for the price. Just remember it is early access. Hopefully there will be more maps and maybe even more weapons someday. Playing on HP Reverb G2, and yes, it works well enough, but could be better. Changing guns in the heat of the battle is not ideal, better have one of the big buttons to swap through than just being able to do it with the right thumbstick. Switching platforms / teleporting to another platform should be improved. Holding down and letting go of the left thumbstick while precicely pointing on the platforms yellow markers... that does not work well. Shooting the platform with an arrow in Elven Assassins was easy and precise in comparison. Other than that, great and fun new variant of Elven Assassins. Bit low on other players still. And pleeeeeeeeeeease, add a "forbid rapid-shooting" button when hosting multiplayer. Cause there still is an bow and arrow, and there still is rapid-shooting folks...
