Prismatix is a fast-paced endless-runner where ones main objective is to beat the high-score. It is a small, yet solid and re-playable game, that you can play while waiting. Try not to fall down the Spectrum Lake, as you jump on the platforms, and shoot down the enemies.

I've played games like Bit Trip Runner, Geometry Dash, and various other runner games but this one here feels off in some way. It's hard to pinpoint the exact problem, I think the controls may be slightly off in the timing or something. Speaking of the controls, they feel weird. This game feels very weird to play. Using spacebar to jump and left mouse button to shoot while also free aiming with the mouse, it's very strange and just doesn't feel right to me. Maybe if it was on a controller with a jump button and an analog stick activating the shooting and aiming at once would feel better. It can also be difficult trying to land on the platforms and any miss results in an total loss. There are no flat areas to give your brain a rest for a second, it's constant jumping with varying distances between gaps and can be quite frustrating. As for the visuals, this game is also hard on the eyes - or at least my eyes. My eyes feel weird after playing and I had to quit because it was making them sore. The way the game scrolls to the right with the changing colors was a bit hard to look at after a while and I don't have epilepsy or any other eye problems other than needing glasses. I did enjoy the music quite a lot. One improvement I can think of that would give you more reason to play this if you had it, would be leaderboards. Currently there doesn't feel like enough reason to go back and play this after you've tried it but if there was a score leaderboard amongst friends, regional or even world leaderboards it would add to the game. I can't recommend this because I did not enjoy it and found it hard on the eyes. This is apparently a new developer and hopefully they continue to learn new things and improve their games as time goes on. Keep at it!
God this game is so frustratingly unresponsive, I can barely get further than 5000 points cause the jump key just outright fails to work, even after getting into the habbit of waiting a good 100-200ms after landing the jump key often fails or doesn't work properly. The visuals are also quite harsh to look at but the game is free and its certainly not the worst game I've ever played, if you don't care about achievements, leaderboards and getting occasionally ♥♥♥♥♥♥ for no reason you can probably find some fun in this.
_____________8__88_____8 ____________88_8__8_____8 ___________888_____88___88888 __________8888______88_8____88 _________8888_______88______8_8 _________8888_______88______8_8 _________8888_______8_______8 _________8888_____8_______8 __________88888____8______8 ___________8888888______8 __888_________88888_8 8888888________88_____ _8888888_______8_____ __888888_______88_____ ___88_____8_____8_____ ____8______8____8_____8_88 _______8888_8__88_8_88888 _____888888_8_88__8888888 ____8888888__88______88888 ____88888_____8_________888 ____88_________8__________8 _____8_________8_____ _______________8_____ ____________8_8_____ _____________88_8_____ ______________88_____ ______________8_____
Introducing Prismatix an indie game created by Freddols. A new addition to the game dev community and as seen in this game, it is stunning for a first game. Reasons why I think this is a good game: - Stunning graphics Unlike many other game developers who have made their first game, this one is actually pretty good. The graphics as said before, is stunning. P.s I like the neon style! - Good gameplay The game developer actually spent time on this game trying to make the gameplay good. - Good soundtracks I like listening to the soundtrack of the game as I play the game. It helps me focus in this game. It really is somethig to listen to. Even though this game may not appeal to most audiences, I think that the game developer has spent time and effort into this game to make sure that it does not turn out to be a bad game and for that, he deserves all the support that he will need for his future games. You may never know what will happen by doing just that. Over all, I recommend this game.
I totally recommend this game.Addictive,a real chalenge and so much fun.The soundtrack is on point too...Great time killer and very cheap.
awesome and challenging game, keep up the good work.
There are two mechanisms in this game : jumping and shooting. Sadly, this game has "meh" shooting, and horrible jumping. The controls are sloppy, hard to manage, to the point where I had to give it up. If you can't even get your basics right, there's no point. The 3kliksphilip music is embedded in my head, but when you have runs that last 15 seconds and the song resets every run, it gets annoting real fast. This is just straight up a bad score attack game, unfortunately.
