The only media i've found that actually understands the original backrooms model. It's about the eerie feeling that you know this place, and that something may be coming. But mostly that you're lost. The backrooms doesn't need any monsters, the atmosphere is enough.
This is by far the best quality liminal game I have played. It feels the most immersive and realistic compared to others in the genre. I know its a small thing but all the tiles matched up to every edge perfectly where it possibly could making it feel like a real structure built instead of a tile wallpaper slapped on like some. Its that level of detail making it hyper realistic. My favorite thing about this game is being able to sit in chairs and have the ambience increase. I dont know why this is the only game ive found that lets you do that but I love it. the sounds feel very real and you get options like barefoot instead of shoes which is very nice. It also lets you submerge under the water if you crouch in deep enough water and the under water sounds is perfect. This game has many unique features like those that I wish were in them all. My only complaint is that there isnt more from this Developer in the liminal space genre. Its the best by far and i would loooooove to see more levels or even a POOLS 2.

GOOD
9/10 For anyone that is a fan of the backrooms, specifically the Poolrooms, this is it. This is the definitive Poolrooms experience. It has many different levels that are thoughtfully detailed and fascinating to witness. It is a bit linear at times, but still cool. The only gripe I have is that it does take some tinkering to make it run smoothly, but overall I had a great time exploring such a detailed version of the Poolrooms. Bonus points if you take and edible beforehand.

This game freaked me out big time. There are no monsters, aside from the ones you imagine might be there, but it's all a psychological horror. The visuals are absolutely insane, and I got goosebumps multiple times throughout the game. I recommend this, very cool and eerie!!

This game is pretty good. Only like 3 hours of gameplay even if you take your time but its very good looking and has some interesting events and locations that reward your exploration.
