Welcome to Brighton! Join the police force of this fictitious American city and experience the day to day life of a Police Officer. Start with citing violations and giving out parking tickets, then work your way towards shouldering more responsibilities. Be part of the community of Brighton, get to know your neighborhood and handle daily police work to fight crime during your shift. Always be tough, but fair: respect the law and gain more experience to unlock more neighborhoods, districts and duties.
POLICE SIMULATOR: PATROL OFFICERS includes a dynamic traffic system that organically creates the traffic flow and car accidents, as well as emergency situations that can randomly pop up during your shift. Be ready to react at a moment’s notice! In the Open World of Brighton you will be able to choose neighborhoods for your patrols and make sure to keep them safe. Patrol through three unique districts with several neighborhoods each. Every single one has a distinct flair, from the high rises of Downtown to the historical buildings of Brickston.
With progression and unlocking new districts, additional duties will also be revealed. Start with ticketing duty and finding wrongfully parked cars, but be prepared to take care of accidents that may happen right in front of your eyes. In a living and breathing city, many different duties may be encountered. Stop drug deals taking place in the local park, or chase graffiti sprayers illegally tagging walls. Be prepared for anything - even if it is just a car blocking a bus stop. Every duty is your responsibility.
With the Intuition System your police officer will be able to pick up important clues during witness interrogations that could lead you to resolve situations the right way, so make sure you pay attention to everything being said and done. POLICE SIMULATOR: PATROL OFFICERS offers a Simulation mode for experienced players looking for the most authentic experience, as well as a casual mode for those looking for a more relaxing patrol in the streets of Brighton.

Had plenty of hope for long-term early access development. Then despite all the bugs still present, the Devs announce that they're done with it. So, buy it if you want an unfinished game. But probably don't buy it. Because it's an unfinished game which will never be finished. Early access strikes again.

Unpolished, buggy, and an overall letdown. not bad if you wanna burn a lot of time. but short of that, its not worth it. This is also after the game has been declared "finished". unless you really need a time killer. don't play this.

So i have had a decent time playing the game... However, there are some glaring problems and shortcomings. You got bugs where witnesses will bug out and just walk off, preventing you from completing the case. And i have had arrestees disappear halfway in the ground, again preventing me from completing the case. I can live with those bugs. They are annoying and not overly persistent, but what bugs me is the lack of content. You investigate a robbery, all you have to do is talk to one or two witnesses to discover that the perp is for whatever reason still hanging about the scene of the crime, giving you a very small radius to search. There is no taking pictures of the crime scene, no tracking down the suspect, nothing like that. Just a witness going "Its this guy" and hes on the opposite side of the road. Its understandable that many things are not exactly entirely true to life, for the sake of brevity and playability, but aside from resolving traffic incidents or issuing parking tickets, the game feels very much like a work in progress, not a full game. Theres several DLC which to me seems to be mostly cosmetics? And one called Highway patrol, which, i suppose allows you to patrol the highway? I dont know, because i dont own them. Perhaps they solve the aformentioned issues? I got no clue. But seeing as the base game feels so half-baked, im not going to waste my money getting them. The game is a fine time waster, but i cant recommend it. Get it on a decent discount if anything.
GAME ABANDONED! DO NOT BUY! After major updates I'd return to this game and play for a while but once I heard the news that the developer announced that they are done with the project I realized that my theory of these Devs do not give a S***T about their customers. The last "update" and farewell pretty much confirms it. The game is left behind with bugs and issues that will never be fixed now since they given it all up. The company doesn't give a crap about their consumer base whatsoever, the only really care about ONE thing: your wallet!
Devs locked Graphics Options completely on Steam Deck. Its Unreal Slop that runs like crap with no way to tinker. STEAM DECK IS A PC, NOT A CONSOLE! DO NOT LOCK PC PLAYERS OUT OF IMPORTANT SETTINGS MENUS!
Баг за багом, год за годом, багами полна игра... Но тем не менее, она интересная. Прикольно кататься и чувствовать себя в роли мента. Насчет багов: меня бесит, что свет от мигалок отражается в участке через стены, еще меня бесит баг, когда игра на протяжении всего дежурства пишет "Подозреваемый скрылся", хоть это случается редко, но все равно капает на мозги. Еще, когда ищешь разыскиваемого, то сразу несколько человек от тебя убегают и при этом все они отображаются подозреваемыми. Еще бесит когда разыскиваемый скрывается сразу же, как я начал поиски, и после расследования можно сразу давать норм описание преступника, а не только его пол. И почему в этом мире машины как будто бы пластилиновые? От малейшего касания машина вся в царапинах, окна раздолбаны, весь кузов во вмятинах, а движок дымится, я думаю это надо исправить. Еще я думаю можно добавить больше мест преступлений, а то одни ограбления и нападения уже надоели. В целом, игра классная, но есть один главный минус: почему я, будучи американским копом не могу стрелять в негров?
