Pleasure Party

I rate Pleasure Party 1.5/5. This is a great idea (and the only game of this type which I can find on Steam) done very badly. I almost want to give this a ‘thumbs up’ anyhow though because no other game on Steam is specifically designed (without the use of mods) to create, manage and graphically depict sex orgies and it is possible to get some nicely erotic (though cartoony) images out of this game. Unfortunately, Pleasure Party is also marred by an extremely cumbersome interface, nearly no character AI (forcing you to micromanage nearly every aspect of the parties including what, specifically, different characters are doing with each other), slews of missing features and options, shallow, eventually irrelevant gameplay elements, a largely irrelevant, stupid, useless plot and several bugs. Ultimately, especially once the largely irrelevant “story” aspect of the game is over, Pleasure Party winds up feeling less like an actual game and more like the earliest beginnings of a game which was then haphazardly slapped together to create a marketable tool. This tool allows users to meticulously create and capture erotic, porno-style cartoon scenes, so long as those scenes are along certain specific lines (lines which are clearly intended to mostly appeal to heterosexual males). Sadly, I suspect the makers of this game do not currently possess the psychological temperament or sexual proclivities to do the subject of group sex and orgies full justice, which is necessary to allow a game on this subject to realize its full potential. Bad things about this game (where do I even begin?): - Game Startup bug. Every single time I started this game it tried to freeze up. It went to a blank, black screen while the game was turning on. I had to let it wait on that screen for a few seconds, then click the mouse (just once) and then wait some more. If I did it right, the game would start in about 2 minutes or less. If I did it wrong, the game would have to be manually closed. - Visual bugs. There are what is known as “visual clipping errors” throughout. Characters can be positioned so they are inside of walls, objects, furniture, each other, etc. There is absolutely no protection against this. YOU CAN LITERALLY PUT CHARACTERS WHEREVER YOU WANT INCLUDING INSIDE OTHER OBJECTS AND INSIDE EACH OTHER (AND NOT IN A GOOD WAY). The camera can be positioned inside characters so that you see the backs of their eyes and mouths as viewed from inside their mannequin-like heads. etc. Gross and creepy. This made certain point-of-view angles, especially during certain sexual positions, very hard to capture. The force of gravity does not affect how the characters are positioned. You can position characters so they are sitting in mid-air. This is a laugh riot at first but soon becomes incredibly frustrating as this problem never stops. - Extremely limited character customization. Only the breast size of female characters can be altered. There is no way to create and use your own characters. Other than wearing bunny ears, you cannot choose different outfits for characters to wear, only how dressed up they are. The clothing options are extremely limited. A character wearing a short skirt for example, cannot be made to keep the short skirt on during sex. Male characters each have only one outfit. - Limited variety of sexual positions. There are several different sexual positions in this game but as the Kama Sutra and the Ananga Ranga show us, there are NUMEROUS others out there. In terms of sexual positions and practices which exist, this game barely scratches the surface. So much more could have been included in this game. This game could have had DLC which was nothing but additional sexual positions (and maybe some additional characters and environments), but alas, no. - Extremely limited variety of sexual practices. This game has NO MALE/MALE HOMOSEXUAL ACTIVITIES (beyond the obvious, mildly exhibitionist act of having sex with females while other guys watch). Given that his game does include female/female homosexual or lesbian activities I must suspect in my non-expert opinion, the makers of this game may suffer from some sort of homophobia or other sexual insecurity. This opinion is further reinforced by the fact that Pleasure Party has NO MALE MASTURBATION. Only females in this game are allowed to masturbate. Also, as this game fails to feature any male masturbation there are also no bukkake, circle-jerk or other non-lesbian mutual masturbation sexual activities. Characters can only have sex in groups of 2. This game does not include actual three-or-more-somes. No sandwiches or spit roasts allowed (which are themselves fairly limited compared to some other activities, such as daisy chains or 69+ type positions which increased numbers of people are capable of). You can, if the characters are positioned properly, make characters from 2 different couples touch each other with their hands (like rest a hand on another’s shoulder) but that is the furthest you can go. This game will not allow you to create masses of entwined, writhing bodies and as the maximum number of participants in any one of this game’s so-called “orgies” is limited to only 12, there isn’t much opportunity to do this anyhow. This limitation is particularly odd considering how large most of the environments are. - Characters are unable to act of their own volition besides deciding to thrust more quickly (if they are female) or becoming tired after ejaculating (if they are male) and eventually gaining increased stamina. EVERYTHING else must be controlled and micro-managed by you. The characters effectively have NO AI. They are really just slightly animated dolls. This means certain obvious promiscuous sexual activities that should be easy and should come fairly naturally (such as trains, taking turns and gangbangs or just partners swapping places with others and other utterly obvious activities that anyone would think of) become difficult to manage as the player has to manually swap the characters in and out by navigating a series of cumbersome menus which automatically reposition the characters in the environment each time the options are used (particularly when sex partners and sex positions are changed). - The menus and controls really are extremely cumbersome. Rotating characters in different directions is particularly hard to manage. - You don’t really manage or even set the tone for parties. You don’t actually plan them or decide how to light them or do any real management. You don’t hire staff or willing servants. - The guests never have problems beyond being temporarily tired (they basically have NO AI afterall). Different characters have different sexual preferences (and there are items to buy to modify those preferences) but they don’t end up mattering much because all characters will eventually get it on pretty well with whoever you decide to pair them with, given time (they all slowly become more sexually receptive regardless). I wish this game had detailed gameplay about setting up parties and trying to ensure everyone’s happy and gets along well (are they comfortable, properly entertained, in the mood, do they want more toys, lube, additional stimulation, ways to break the ice?) and I wish the characters automatically had sex in a wide variety of different ways (or not) depending on your management choices but Pleasure Party really doesn’t do this. This is not really a ‘Sims’ type game despite how hard it tries to pretend that it is. This is a ‘take pictures of sexy dolls having group sex’ game while you manually control almost everything that happens. But hey, at least it has depictions of group sex in it. That’s something that’s more adventurous, truly rebellious, liberal and different than most porno games ever have. 银趴模拟器，自由度挺高的，可以自定义动作、节奏、位置、角色和装扮，有不少场景可以选择，甚至可以选择角色手脚触碰位置，这个还蛮创新的，可以让角色手搭在附近角色身上。 缺点也很明显那就是角色太少了，而且建模质量一般，个人感觉有几个甚至不好看，一般也不会带。 关于升级，最快的办法是让6个女角色在那里自摸，因为这样可以避免男角色精力值恢复时间的漫长等待，但大多数玩这个游戏应该也不是冲着花钱买地图和升级来的，这样的话基本上前边玩几次角色就能买的差不多了，买个泳池或者沙滩，非常可观，价格低且角色容量大，然后就自定义开趴即可。 整体来说还不错，主要是价格还算合理，自由度在steam这种模拟器黄油里算是比较高的，配音也很到位，就是角色高潮的时候会各种爱心飞来飞去略微影响整体感官和截图，但无伤大雅。

Okay... so... a relatively wide range of topics to go over for this one: #1 - This looks like The Sims. Which is not in itself a bad thing, but just, it's hard to have actually played The Sims 3 and 4 and then see similar sprites in, well, rather unique positions. Don't know what to make of that, but, it's a strange first impression. #2 - The UI and infrastructure the game is built around is weirder than I could ever imagine. There's no save files... it appears to be just saving as I play. Which is a bit annoying in itself because what if I want to save at various points along the way? Not that I think that's a big deal, as it's just unlocking stuff, no real story. But it's weird. Stranger still, there seems to be inconsistency in wording for things. Sometimes it says the attractiveness is plain... sometimes it says its average. I wish it wasn't just a word, like if it could be a bar-graph or something else, because I don't know for sure if plain is worse than average, way worse than average, or is actually just the same thing but with a different word by mistake. And this happens more than you'd think for a game like this... it's really poorly worded at times, and in some cases there is stuff present for stats that doesn't look to exist. Girl-on-girl is a stat, or preference type, that exists in the game but looks to lack *any* characters actually having that box checked. So they can engage in that act, but none of them prefer it? Am I missing something, or is the game missing content there? Lots and lots of little UI things, down to such hastily typed text that sometimes the first two letters of something are both capitalized. It's all over the place for text, UI, etc. #3 - Voice-work is surprisingly solid. The voices are clear and different enough to distinguish who is saying what, which is relevant given that there are usually a clump of numerous someones all saying something at once. For a game that looks like The Sims, having clear audio and voicing is also weird, because I'm used to gibberish Sim-talk. #4 - It feels like The Sims even in how I can, for some reason, move the furniture. I'm not sure what the point is, usually, as whether it's the bed... the floor... a table... whatever the object, there's a romantic position that can work for it, even down to sitting in the air without any furniture at all. #5 - There's no real story to this. After an inexplicably theatrical intro scene, there's nothing ever again, apparently, for context. Hardly a deal-breaker, but just good to point out that after that intro scene, there's not any further character development, or plot. Overall thoughts on this are that for the price, it might be a bit on the light side of the content you could expect. $15 for most environments feeling like one room of a The Sims 4 house is a bit weak. I also think the UI is a mess. There are no drop-shadows to see who is in range to connect a hand to others... there's no easy way to control tempo for the whole group (unless I missed something, have to keep clicking individual characters to set that)... and buying things to use is not always obvious, because the shop is for small items, but going to start a party is where you actually buy the characters and locations. I barely recommend. If you always wanted to make a raunchy The Sims house party, this game does just that, and it does it with reasonable-ish graphics (you can zoom in more than I expected) and fairly good voice-work. But as a game, while it's interactive, environments are small, challenge is minimal (even the least-efficient party set-up still could be left on overnight to just max out the game, from what I've seen), and the UI is clunky, rushed, and in some cases possibly pointing at content that never got added. For $15, this is passable. As a sort of lewd-content-only The Sims mod, it kind-of works. But the characters not being ultra-customizable, and the open-ended-ness of being able to do unlocks without any sort of challenge mode or failure risk, makes this more of a content tour than a game.
